The hotel is okay, the bathroom is spacious and clean, there are toiletries too, the AC is a little noisy but still ok for cold, the TV is also equipped with an STB, the service is friendly. Recommend 👍

Plus value :-City center location-There is hot waterMinus value:- the walls/walls of the room are moldy-AC is not very cold & cannot be swung-The bathroom floor is DANGEROUS (very slippery)- the receptionist is rarely at the front-The window doesn't have a stop so it can open- it says hotel & eatery but in fact it doesn't provide foodHonestly, this is serious. This is the assessment for 2023, hopefully in the next few years we can actually make much better changesThank you🙏

Don't hesitate to stay at Artz hotel. The rooms are nice, the bathrooms have hot water. Wifi tv AC, the mattress is soft. Affordable prices, not too expensive.Strategic location on the side of the main road in the middle of Palangkaraya city.

It's really comfortable to stay here, the location is strategic, the price is cheap but not cheap. What needs to be improved is that the walls are less soundproof. The rooms are clean, service is ok

The rooms are clean, comfortable and fragrant but the floors are not ceramic so the floors seem dusty. The bathroom also doesn't have a hanger so coming out after showering is a bit uncomfortable
