A small hotel hidden in an alley. The room was minimalist, clean, small but nice and completely sufficient for us. The neighborhood is very nice and helpful. There are many small restaurants and lots of things to discover in the area. The famous Kao San Road can be reached quickly on foot. Everything great.

Its not exactly on the main road but can navigate through instructions provided by Host.Property: 5/5 Room no 5 is well and Washrooms are very clean and the exterior space is perfect to chill.Host: 5/5 This property is first day stay in our Thailand trip. Early check-in is provided by Host Pintula on request it was really so welcoming.Money: 5/5 We travelled as group. The money for stay is really reasonable and economic.

Pictures on airbnb was different picture than reality. Its an old wooden house.Is a cheap room no is a luxury.Don't have the refrigerator.We have a problem with the air conditioning and she fix really fast.

I booked it on a whim and ended up using two rooms on the first and second floors. If you use this place, it would be better to use the 2nd floor. Because it is an old wooden building in Thailand, the sound of walking and all other sounds from the second floor echo from the lower floor, so it can be difficult to sleep on the first floor.

Pictures on airbnb speak a different picture than reality. Its an old wooden house and definitely not fit for young families as every footstep they take is gonna reveberate throughout the house.Amenities are decent though. But the whole house is tilting towards the canal and you can occasionally feel that you are gonna tumble and fall.On a bad day the canal stinks and i can only imagine how tough it will be to live here on that day.
