Extremely overpriced. Unfriendly staff with very poor English. Bad location. Full of mosquitoes and kitchen equipped with basically nothing to cook with.Even so, at check out they thouroughly looked to see if we had taken something. This has never happened to me before during almost 2 months in South-east Asia. Definitely one of the worst places I've experienced.We only stayed one night because we needed to, and were happy to leave.Update (Reading the owner's reply): Oh, please, I was a guest, I wouldn't be wrong about that, trust me! The booking simply wasn't made under my name, as my friend made it.

A wonderful place to relax with the whole family! Excellent location, peace, tranquility and developed infrastructure. Everything you need is within walking distance. Among the advantages that set it apart from others: super territory, privacy, silence, large pool, excellent gazebo, staff always monitor cleanliness and staff are always on site to help solve any problem at any time! Special thanks to the managers for the accommodation! You made my stay super comfortable and friendly! 👍

We spent a month in this villa. Clean well-groomed area, large swimming pool, gazebo, spacious apartments with all amenities, helpful staff. Excellent location, close to the necessary infrastructure, gym, cafes, supermarkets, laundry. It's a 10-minute bike ride to Nusa Dua beach, 25 minutes to Jimbaran fish market, 20 minutes to Kuta, 25 minutes to the airport. Amazing hosts. Everything is done at the villa to make your holiday wonderful. I will definitely return when I fly to Bali again.

After staying at Benian Villa for a week, I can say that I have truly enjoyed my stay and the atmosphere. As you walk in you are greeted by the pool and garden.The bedroom (bed is very big!) and bathrooms are clean and spacious.It is a good place to stay long-term as there is a kitchen, dining table, couch and tv in each unit too.

Our stay at Benian Villas was amazing. We've travelled around a lot and very rare for us to have found a great place. The rooms are very Spacious and clean with all facilities you need. The Villas are very well looked after by the site Manager Nadha. Nadha will do anything for you to make your stay even better, he adds that special touch to make you feel at home. Nadha is a credit to Benian Villas.The Villas are very secure as it is a walled courtyard with secure gates.The gardens and pool are kept to a very high standard too and all credit should go to Nadha for taking such care and pride in what he does, very special man.The Owner is very responsive too and will come back to you quickly with responses.We would stay there again without hesitation.

This was my second stay after my visit last year. The new owner has renovated the villas. I love the newlandscape so greenies now. Utilities and amenities are top notch. Highly recommended for family stay or group gatherings. Price wise are reasonable. Very suitable for long stay as each villas equiped with kitchen. Surely will be back.

Good value for money, the location is close to several tourist attractions, the villa atmosphere is calm and romantic, the rooms are clean, spacious with a terrace and verandah for relaxing. Will be back!

A very convenient format of the guest house, these are not “closets” with a bed, shower and mini kitchen, but a full-fledged two-room studio with a separate bedroom and kitchen-living room.On the territory of the guest house there is a swimming pool, staff service and security. There is parking for cars and internal parking for bikes.The only negative is that the location is not very good.

Everything is too old. Mushrooms in bathrooms:( very noisy at night!! disco music all the night. Staff doesn’t speak English at all. Not friendly at all. No drinking water in room. Have to ask two times before they brought it. Not recommended.

The place is comfortable, cleaned every day, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The downside is that we can hear the vibration of the karaoke club, but overall it’s pretty quiet
