We were there for 2 weeks in August. It is breathtakingly beautiful there. The facility is so lovingly laid out, the people and the service are so courteous and friendly. You feel very welcome and have the impression that the staff sincerely want to give the guests a particularly nice time. The pool area is a dream, you can always find a lounger at any time. Service employees are also happy to help. The fact that the sea wasn't there due to low tide didn't bother us much, after all there was a large selection of pools in which you were often completely alone. So if you like luxury and peace, Laguna is the right place for you. No loud, annoying club dancing and no loud, drunk guests late into the night. Very relaxing. The prices in the bars and restaurants are very high, but if you order the cocktails at happy hour, it's okay. We will definitely be back, the Laguna has become our favorite hotel!Another tip: Don't book excursions through the tour operator, but rather with the providers on the beach. It's significantly cheaper there. We booked a day tour with Boody and loved it. He speaks German and went out of his way to make sure we had a great day.

The rooms, pool, everything was great! I only stayed at Marriott hotels in Bali, and I was a little embarrassed that Laguna was the only one that had a tip section on the bill🙄 When I brought my suitcase to the room and didn't go out, I thought, 'Oh, you're asking for a tip?' Rather, all the services and environment were great. Even though it was good, the thing that forced me to deduct two stars was the ridiculous menu. How would you feel if you said “Korean-migoreng” to Indonesian people? Kimchi is definitely a Korean food. I hope you don't make this mistake again. “JOOK” is also a Korean word, and when it comes to congee, I wish you would just write it as congee. I think this is a huge problem.I was really satisfied with the good service and environment in many ways!

I stayed in a villa this time. I have nothing to say about the service of the staff and the environment. The spa here is also very comfortable. I will fall asleep when I press it. The force is just right and it gives people a very relaxing feeling. I really feel that I am really enjoying myself on vacation.

Dirt, mold, staff who don't care about anything. I didn’t use the minibar and didn’t buy anything at the hotel, but they cheated me out of a deposit of 300 bucks, they are 100% scammers
