I checked in on a Saturday, which tends to be expensive with dynamic pricing, but I was able to stay for 8,000 yen per night. It seems that the price can go up to 20,000 yen.At this price, it seemed to be within an acceptable range, but there were a few things I was concerned about, so I'll list them for reference.◆Good points・There is only one room per floor, so you don't have to worry about noise from the side.・There is a convenience store nearby・There is a washing machine with a dryer in the room, and detergent and fabric softener are also available (by the way, it takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes to dry from detergent to drying)- Fully equipped with furniture and tableware・Since there is no key and it uses a PIN number, there is no chance of forgetting or losing the key (although I am concerned about whether the PIN number method is safe from a security perspective)◆Bad points・The shower is extremely difficult to use. If you have shampoo or body soap on your hands, you won't be able to use it, and if you make a mistake, you'll end up splashing water over your head (there are showers that are fixed overhead).・Water pressure in the shower is quite weak・Bed sheets and pillowcases are not clean.・There was no remote control for the air conditioner above the bed, so it was on all the time and I didn't know how to turn it off, so I was cold when I slept.・Toilet smells bad・When there is wind, the window makes a creaking sound, which bothers me when I sleep.・Large work tools are always placed on the landings on the 1st and 2nd floors of the stairs, making it difficult to pass through.・The front desk is unmanned after 6:00 pm, which is a problem when you need help. Also, since the front desk is staffed by a cleaning staff, they will not be able to assist you if you are not on the 1st floor due to cleaning etc. even during business hours.・For manned check-in and response, you have to go to the main building on the south side of Makishi Station, which is quite far away.・Many foreign guestsI feel like there are a lot of things that need to be improved, but it's more comfortable than a typical small business hotel, so if the cost of accommodation is low and you don't need to deal with the front desk, this might be an option.
