I stayed here for 8 nights and it is a fantastic accommodation. You are close to one of the best beaches on the island, and the accommodation is cozy and comfortable. It reminds me of visiting my grandparents' house a bit as it is very clean and well maintained and has a feeling of home. The kitchen area is renovated, and rooms have ac and fans. The owners are very accommodating and can help you enjoy miyakojima. There are bikes and scooters available to rent as well as car rental help, all of which I recommend as miyakojima is a fairly big place to explore. For the value, this place can not be beat, and I hope to return again to enjoy miyakojima. I had an excellent experience and would recommend this place.

The room is covered with boards that were installed by amateurs, so there are a lot of gaps, so there are geckos and cockroaches living there instead of geckos and cockroaches. It really happens every day. It's impossible to catch them and release them because they're covered in cracks. There are many places where there are no living creatures for the same price. Also, the website says that it feels like home at your grandmother's house, but that's a complete lie. I asked them the day before I wanted to use the rental car, and they replied that they would check it out, but on the morning of the day, they suddenly had a rental car available, so I was told to go to the airport to pick it up.Of course, they didn't have enough cars, so I was renting a car, so they didn't have time to pick me up at the airport. When I asked him to do so, he sighed in disgust and scolded me, saying, ``Can't you think of something like that earlier and make a plan?'' If you don't like it then you don't like it, if you can't do it then you can just say it's impossible, but I thought that the owner was incompetent as a human being. Instead of living in a grumpy, unfriendly, and cozy grandma's house, it feels like a life of fear with toxic parents and insects. There are many guesthouses in the same price range that have 100 times better location and facilities, so I highly recommend them.*Additional note after replyI think you can get a sense of my personality by looking at my replies. He's a pitiful person...

Very pleasant and accommodating host. Clean and well-equipped room. The location is far from everything but the host offers shuttle to the airport, rents bikes and cars (paying of course but not excessive price). I recommend for those whose distance does not slow down!

I searched for a guest house on Miyakojima that had a nice atmosphere and ended up finding it. The atmosphere was actually very nice, and I was surprised at how well-equipped the facilities and amenities were. It was very good.

It was great! This is an inn located away from the center. It is a quiet place surrounded by sugarcane fields, and there is a beautiful shallow beach nearby. There are not many tourists, so it is recommended for those who want to relax. The room is well-cleaned, and the sheets and towels are fluffy. It was great to be able to brew your own barrel of beer, so you could relax and drink it at the hotel while planning your next day's plans. We also rent mopeds, bicycles, life jackets, and snorkels at low prices, so you can find everything you need at this inn.Taxis are difficult to find on Miyakojima, and bus times and destinations are difficult to find. However, this place also provides a shuttle service, so it is far easier and cheaper to ask for an airport shuttle.I had an early morning flight and was having trouble with my legs, but the owner kindly accommodated me.I would definitely like to stay here again when I come to Miyakojima.

this guesthouse is fully paid at the time of booking and will not be refunded even if canceled or in bad weather. Please note that full payment is required at the time of reservation for this guesthouse, and there are no refunds in the event of flight cancellation or bad weather.Even though it looks like a one-story guest house with an unmaintained exterior wall, it is doing strong business. If you book in advance and are attracted by the low price, it is doubtful that the hotel will accept a refund even if it is at fault. In fact, when I made a few requests during my prepaid stay, the owner said, ``If you're not satisfied, why don't you just stay (or rent)?'' The owner doesn't know how to deal with customers. When I first rented a bike, I told the owner, ``I want to change the bike because it makes a harsh noise,'' and he changed it, but something about the bike was acting strange. So it's an accident car, right? When I told the owner again, he refused with the above response. When I checked with the staff later, I was told that it was a bike that had been repaired from a broken bike that was on the verge of being scrapped! It was a star! The owner knew that the car had been involved in an accident, so he kept it quiet and lent it to his motorcycle. If I was going to do something like this, it would have been better to have someone explain the situation from the beginning and say, ``Please stick with this bike,'' and not change the bike.I own and ride two motorcycles on a daily basis, so I can tell if their condition is good or bad.Worst of all, I had already booked into this hotel for a few weeks. This time, I had to pay for the rental fee, etc., so when I tried to contact the owner to confirm the payment for the rental fee on the morning of the day before check-out, no matter how many times I called the hotel's four phone numbers, no connection was made. do not have! The doorbell doesn't ring and calls are rejected! Until a few days ago, the owner would reply if there was a call history, but now no matter how many times I call the owner, he doesn't call me back! When I made a reservation a few weeks later, I sent an email to the contact section of Booking.com asking, "I would like to rent a motorbike from around 12:00 on the day of check-in. Is it possible?" No response even after 24 hours! The day before check out, this is terrible! Felt.I had already paid for the accommodation a few weeks later, but when I canceled, the amount I paid plus the Booking.com discount was charged, which was several thousand yen more than I had paid in advance. I don't want to get into trouble like this and pay a cancellation fee! Isn't it natural to think so?So, I called Booking.com's customer service, explained the situation, and asked the owner to cancel for free.Even though I notified the staff the night before check-out, ``If we can't confirm free cancellation, we will transfer the rental fee to you,'' but even when it was time to check out the next day, we still couldn't confirm free cancellation. . However, when checking out, the staff asked me several times, ``Can you pay me the rental fee?'', but they responded, ``I can't pay because I can't confirm the free cancellation. I'll transfer the money as soon as I can confirm.'' After that, about 30 minutes before I checked out, the owner came and asked for the rental fee, but when I told him again, ``I can't confirm your free cancellation, I'll transfer the rental fee to you,'' and he said, ``This is a complainer! The police!'' I'll call you!'' and left, so I went and said, ``Can I cancel for free? I'll pay for it,'' but he refused. So, I left the hotel early to catch the airport limousine bus. Then a police car came along the way. The owner had reported that there was a guest who had run away without paying the rental fee!So the police treated me as a criminal! He was stopped from going to the bus stop, interrogated, and ended up in an uproar. So I told Polis, ``I'll pay the rental fee if you can testify for free cancellation and refund,'' and Polis agreed, so I paid on the spot. When I met the owner at the scene that day, he yelled, "Arrested! Arrested!" (lol). When I told the police about the circumstances of the trouble, they seemed to understand the cause of the commotion and behaved in a friendly manner. They asked the owner to confirm the status of the free cancellation and said, ``I'll be back in 5-6 days.'' I was relieved when I received a reply from the police saying, ``Your money will be transferred.''After the fight was over, the police came to the place where the owner was and asked, ``Have you written a review?'' When I said, ``Isn't it okay if I write a review?!'', the police just left without saying a word. The owner must have asked the police to come and ask about it because he was afraid of future posts! Is there anyone who doesn't write a review after something like this happens? (lol)After returning home, I asked Booking.com to check the elapsed time for free cancellations, and discovered that the owner had used his smartphone to process free cancellations while the police were present on the day. This time, if the police weren't there, "free cancellation" might not have been possible! What would have happened if I had just paid the rental fee and checked out? ? ?I'm glad I headed to the bus stop early on the day!!! I managed to catch the airport limousine bus.Since it's an LCC, if you miss your flight, you'll have to buy a new ticket at the regular price. It’s obvious! It’s obvious!

I stayed for 4 nights at the end of September.Due to the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic, the rental car situation on remote islands, including Miyakojima, is quite serious, and it is common for places to be fully booked at the last minute, so you need to be careful. You can rent Harachari and bicycles at this guesthouse, which is very useful. The owner also runs a kiteboard shop, so if you haven't decided on an activity yet, I think it's a good idea to try it out. It's a guest house, so it's different from a hotel, but it's well-maintained, and I personally recommend staying in a guest house or dormitory when you're on the island, as I think it'll give you a more trip-like feeling.I would like to find another opportunity and use it again. Thank you very much😆
