This inn is a renovated private house located in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of Kokusai Street. There is no toilet or shower in the room. It is shared. The first floor is a common space, and the second floor is a private room. Please be careful as the stairs are quite steep. However, the room is spacious and the air conditioner works well and is comfortable. The location is great, close to Senbero Street and Kokusai Street. There is also a 7-Eleven within a 3 minute walk. The cost performance is very good. I would choose this over a capsule hotel in the same price range. The downside is that the shower and toilet are combined and cannot be used at the same time. It may be difficult for women. .Recommended for long-term stays for men who are used to traveling.

I think it's okay to go if you want to feel like a training camp, but if you're on a trip and want to stay somewhere that gives you a little bit of Okinawa, it's better not to stay there at all. I can provide better service. Oh, so cheap is the selling point? I did not know. It's not cheap at all. thank you very much.

Update 2/24/2024Feels really good to see some corporate business do have decency, airbnb reinstated my reviews that were previously hidden which is all that was needed wanted. Even stated that host has to fix said issues that and if not they would be suspended. So users be aware if your experience was anything like mine or other low rating reviews. In addition to that which was more than enough for me as no one should go through this. They even gave a refund (which I did state wasn’t my issues or my concern. It’s these human gestures that make it all the better), as it was roughly 30$ per person for 4 people. I live in the area so refund wasn’t needed or necessary. But for those that come/came here to have a good experience and go/went through this I couldn’t imagine. The issue is being deceived and lied to by an inconsiderate “host” who’s not concerned with your experience or health, just concerned with your pockets. And not only once or twice, but continuously. Even the reply here they made was not true. It’s people like this in the world that don’t have your best interest in mind. And a shame overall. 🤷‍♂️Thank you to those airbnb associates for rectifying this situation and thoroughly explaining along the way.2/22/2024Horrible visit, mold mold mold. I live on island no more than 40 mins away couldn’t even stay a night to just sleep. Crazy how so many reviews are hidden, find that very odd that I had a review removed on airbnb, but luckily truth came out about the mold and they did re post it finding no fault or lies with my experience. Coming here to post the photos so others are aware. That’s the reason behind user reviews right? So please be aware at this location.Edit 2/22/2024To be clear as I even stated to AirBnb the room had mold and my review was reinstated. No refund was ever needed as it is cheap, to cheap, so cheap I would risk my families health over mold. You attempted to have a review removed and it backfired truth comes out. No need to lie, as you did with photos of common areas with tvs displayed that was cheaply made into a room. I sure wish you’d share a video of the room I so tried to forcefully open. As it has no signs, and per your ad it was an open common area. Try again 😂

The locks are poorly made and the instructions are not very helpful.Long messages are difficult to understand, and even though the information itself is not written, people say they haven't read it.There are no signs of improving the inconvenience caused by the cheap accommodation. However, I wonder what it feels like to earn a lot of money on amenities.I also found it unpleasant that they sent me a message asking me to give a 5 star review if I stayed there. Their overbearing attitude deprives guests of the opportunity to give fair reviews, which undermines their only advantage: cheap prices.

A private guest house located in an old two-story Okinawan house located at the back of a narrow alley. The kitchen, toilet, etc. are shared, as well as the living room on the first floor. Is the key for each room simple? So people who are concerned about security may be concerned about it, but I think it's a good idea to have a key. The building is old, so the floors are creaky and the walls are thin. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. After all, it has the best access to the public market and bar district, so I think it's the best price for people who don't mind a guest house like this.

As mentioned in other reviews, the rules are strictly enforced, but there are a lot of strange things like two women who don't follow them and bring in men, people who make noise on the stairs, and people who are alone in the living room playing with their smartphones and making it difficult for others to watch TV. .Even though it's Japanese only, they even accept foreigners who have bad body odor.

Mental Torture.Pros-The house location is easily accessible. House owner had sent us a message giving proper directions of the property. That was thoughtful of him. There will not be receptionist or anyone in-charge, but owner will be available on call. The villa has shared bathroom and kitchen, along with laundry for 200yen each time you use. You only get one towel and one toothbrush on the day you arrive. You have to pay extra if you want another towel. There is a famous market lane, easily accessible parking lots and Convenience stores nearby. Naminoue Beach is also close to the villa.Cons-The villa is very old and that's why very cheap. There was no receptionist or anyone to look after the property 24*7. Floors made noise when walked on even normally. There is no security at all other than a hinge. The rooms are dull and you can see nails everywhere. The stair are narrow and slippery.Coming back to the noise and old building, there was another guest (Room 101, Ikeda-san I think) who constantly complained about the noise to us and the owner even though we took utmost care to not make any sound. The irony being he watched TV in the living area himself and talked with other guests in loud voices. Another time, when we took a bento from conbini to eat in the kitchen, he complained about the smell and lied about how we were cooking for long time in the kitchen (when we didn't even cook anything!). Just after 2 days we didn't want to return to this place, even though our stay was for 5 days.We had confirmed in advance that Japanese only in the name refers to people who can speak Japanese and not related to country they belong to. But the guest told us 外国人はダメ(No foreigners allowed). It would have been better if there was someone to keep check on such people who made others stay at the property dissatisfactory. We love Japan and have stayed in Japan for more than 3 years. We respect and follow the rules. But, it was a mental torture to constantly receive taunts and bad gestures while living in peaceful country such as Japan.

I arrived late, but I was guided so it was no problem. It came with a towel and a toothbrush, so I felt refreshed, and the private room had an air conditioner, so I was able to sleep very comfortably and quietly, which was helpful. What's more, I was very satisfied with the 2,000 yen worth of local coupons for the national support discount!

It is located at the back of Ukishima Street, near Ichiba Hondori. This is for people who get ready for bed at 9pm, take a shower, use the toilet, brush their teeth, and sleep at 10pm. You can spend your time quietly.
