Please be careful entering this new hotel with poor managementI recently stayed at this hotel with my parents. I saw it was a resort hotel and it was a new hotel, so I was looking forward to checking in. Who knew that an accident happened by the swimming pool.The swimming pool is very beautiful, with a theme of terraces, so there are many steps of different sizes. It looks beautiful, but it is very inconvenient for elderly residents.My mother accidentally fell down by the swimming pool and injured her left foot. The staff at the pool immediately rushed over to see what was going on, but they were in so much pain that they couldn't get up at all. I originally thought that there must be a lifeguard at the swimming pool, but it turned out that there were no lifeguards. They were just ordinary staff. They didn't understand first aid at all and didn't know how to deal with it. They just asked whether they should be sent to the hospital. I originally thought that such a big hotel must have a certain first aid kit, but no one knew that there was not even tape in it, and there was no equipment for bandaging at all.In addition, the staff at the swimming pool did not understand Japanese very well and failed to express our needs to other staff in a timely manner. There was a customer who probably worked as a rescue worker. He came over to help check on the situation. However, when I asked the staff to translate, she didn't understand the Japanese customer's explanation at all, which resulted in us not being able to understand the situation in time. At the same time, the hotel did not send management staff to deal with the situation. It was not until more than half an hour later that a staff member who knew English inquired about our needs and gave us some ice. The arrangement was chaotic.In the end, we drove ourselves to the hospital to see a doctor. We originally wanted the hotel to write a certificate for us to prove that my mother fell in the hotel to claim insurance, but in the end they did not write it and only provided a certificate of occupancy.In terms of rooms, the private bath is very attractive, but there are still many narrow steps, so please be careful.

I liked the color of the facility. I thought the breakfast would be Chinese food, but everything was really delicious and the Chinese food was the best. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony was also spacious and I was able to soak in the jacuzzi for a long time.Many of the pools are shallow and wide, so kids can enjoy them too. They had a lot of rental equipment which was very helpful. Overall, it exceeded my expectations for the price. I look forward to hearing from you again.

It said last order was 9:30 pm, so I went in just in time.I tried calling many times before visiting, but I couldn't get through. . .I arrived 5 minutes early and asked the front desk if I could enter. The last order is at 9:30pm, but I was asked if I was sure, so I thought I'd put in.When I went to the restaurant, I was told that the last orders had been taken. . .It doesn't make sense to close the cash register. I think it's a service industry. . .

I stayed here for 3 nights the other day.The response from the staff was very good.The room was spacious and convenient.Breakfast was Chinese food, but I felt it was a little heavy for the third time.I thought it would be nice to have a plan that would allow me to use the breakfast at Kafuu next door, even if there was a difference in price.I would definitely like to use it again next time.
