This hotel is perfect for families with children, as accommodation rates are reasonable and there are plenty of pool facilities for children to enjoy.The unique shape of 5 circular pools with a total length of 70 meters allows you to fully enjoy the resort feeling.Bibi Beach Itoman is right in front of you, so you can easily access the beach and enjoy playing in the sea.Please note that there is no large public bath (hot spring/sauna), and the bathroom will be used in the guest room...so it is not suitable for those who want to enjoy hot springs or a large bath.Also, the kids room was a little weird...

Third time staying for 3 nights starting on the last Sunday of September. Smile Rent a Car will pick you up at the airport, then rent a car in Itoman and take you to your hotel. The next day, after returning the car, they took me back to the hotel (about 5 minutes away), which was very helpful. (The paid parking lot mentioned in the reviews becomes free if you show your parking ticket at the front desk.) The room was the same bay side as last time. There was some maintenance work going on at the port, but it wasn't unpleasant. Breakfast will be served at the second venue. In addition to the spaciousness, there were many customers with preschool children, which was helpful for families with children. It's a pity that the fruits are lacking. For the return trip to the airport, use the local bus and take the IAS (about 10 minutes) to relieve the congestion inside the bus. *This is my second time staying for 3 nights starting on the Sunday before Golden Week. Changes from last time (23.7). ① The taxi fare was expensive at 4,450 yen (apparently there was a chronic traffic jam on the Sunday afternoon I used it) ② I felt like the food was delicious. ③There was only one breakfast venue, so it was a bit crowded. ④ It was relatively quiet as there was no maintenance work being carried out at the port. *We stayed for three nights starting from the last day of the three-day holiday in July. Since my child is small, I chose Itoman, which is close to the airport. There was a lot of traffic from the airport to Senaga, so I took a taxi to the hotel, which took about 30 minutes and cost about 3,600 yen. It takes 45 minutes to get to the airport from the bus stop in front of the hotel for 450 yen (surprisingly convenient, but it might be a little tight if you have a lot of luggage).The room was a bayside twin room, which I wasn't expecting, but the windows were large and bright, and the view of the port and city was great. It doesn't look bad. There are two breakfast venues, and the one on the right (temporary) as you exit the elevator hall is empty, which was helpful for families with children. The pool is clean and there are many staff members, so it might be perfect for letting small children play. Since my child is small, I plan to take care of him next time. *Owner: The air conditioning filter is getting clogged (from the architect)

Disappointed in Okinawa, probably because of this hotel.The saddest thing is the ocean. There is a fantastic beach but it is forbidden to swim. Instead they have an isolated place on the right side of the beach with a view to the wall. Moreover, it is too small, maybe it is ok for kids, but adult person cannot swim normally, water lever is around waist. I tried to swim on forbidden beach and got notified immediately by the lifesaver, like there are jellyfish. I have swam in 20 different countries, this is the first time I see rules like this. If you are afraid that someone will be injured - put the sign that it is personal responsibility of the person - if he gets harmed by the jellyfish. Or clean the area on the left side and make the swimming part bigger. Normal people cannot swim in a waist water level. I flew 3 hours from Tokyo to enjoy the beach and transparent blue water, not for walking in a pee lake which is 20 meters long.Now breakfast. It is not extremely bad, but majority of the dishes are tasteless. Hire a normal cook so it can be improved, reduce the number of dishes and make it tasty. Price will be the same, but customers will be happier. Milk is made of powder. Scrambled eggs are made of something else but not eggs. It is disgusting. All of the dishes except meatballs are COLD. I think lids were invented many centuries ago. Put the lids on dishes to make it warm. Eating cold morning steak doesn’t give a good feeling. Coffee is something I don’t understand. I see beans but I don’t get how it can make it so bad. In one of the meatballs we found hair. Ice cream and yoghurt is nice.Now room. It is heavily used, hotel is old. There are small ants in the room. Cleaning was ok, however slippers and pyjamas are the cheapest. Even in Daiso the slippers are way better quality. It doesn’t need to be replaced daily, buy it once per visit, customers will have better feeling. We lived on 4th floor, there are no chairs on the balcony. There are chairs on higher floors. What is the point on having balcony with ocean view with no chairs? It is also cheap, but at least I don’t need to bring sofa from the room to the balcony. As a plus in the room, there are good quality shampoo and body soap, room itself is big, they bring water daily.There is nothing to do without car in this hotel. Nothing around, hotel is boring itself. Everyone sleeps at 8pm already. Bar near the pool opens around noon. The closest restaurants are 20+ minutes walking from the hotel. Parking is free first 2 days, then it is 550 yen per day.Overall summary - never again.

The pool is spacious, there is an indoor pool, and you can enjoy the beach right in front of you. You can get there by bus called Umikaji Liner from the airport, so you don't have to rent a car.We took a taxi for about 20 minutes and cost 3,200 yen.The room was spacious enough and had a nice view of the sea! I didn't have high expectations for the room since the reviews were mixed, but although some parts felt like they had deteriorated over time, they were well-cleaned.However, the toilet, sink, and bath are not separated, so it feels quite small.

I think this is a great hotel for people with small children, as it is very easy to play. There were quite a few foreigners, and everyone seemed to be having fun.However, as for the sea, it's not something you can enjoy as much if you're just an adult, so I think it would be a great idea to rent a car for just one day and go a little further away to enjoy the beautiful sea.

I think it's good because it's close to the airport and there seems to be a bus service. However...although I was able to stay overnight without meals due to a limited discount offer. . . Resort hotel? Customer service similar to that of a business hotel. Of course, the room was not on the sea side, but on the port side^^; It was unavoidable because it was by the sea, so it smelled like mold... There was something that looked like mold on the sheet cover...This seems like a great option for young people traveling with friends or traveling with children on a budget. . . For those who want a relaxing environment even in a hotel. . . I can't proceed.

The only good thing about our room was that we could see the sea from our room.There were a few things that were not good.first,He says he will prepare baked goods for your birthday.Hospitality is good, butI was a little surprised to see baked goods placed there without any message💦At least "Happy Birthday 〇〇-san"I think it would have been nice to have a message like that.Also, I didn't know where the small insects were coming from, and I didn't like them.And about something impressive.I forgot a souvenir I bought in my room, and when I inquired about it, the first reply was that it wasn't there😭However, I was not satisfied, so I emailed them again with the details of where I had left it and the souvenir I had left behind.I was told that it was there, and they would send it to me prepaid, so that was a good thing.However, if I had given up after the first inquiry, I would have lost an important souvenir💦Of course, it's my fault for forgetting, and if I hadn't forgotten, I wouldn't have felt this way...Anyway, I feel a lot of regret 🫤

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but the first bathtub had not been washed and the futon had not been made. The trash can was thrown away.On the second night, the bathtub was washed and the bed was made.The breakfast buffet could not be reserved and was served on a first-come, first-served basis, so there was a long line to get the food. Will there be a reservation system? I wish there were restrictions on admission. Since the check-out time was fixed, I couldn't eat slowly.
