They were really friendly. I kept the lost item carefully, so I took it out when I went to retrieve it. I thought it would have disappeared after 3 days, but surprisingly it was kept. I'm glad I found it because it was a very precious item! Will definitely visit again. Of course, the rooms were also very nice.

I received a phone call the same day to check on an important stuffed animal that I had forgotten in my room.I was shocked to hear that they couldn't find it even though they didn't even look for it.It was a precious stuffed animal that had fond memories for me, so every time I think about Okinawa, it hurts.Besides the stuffed animals, the attitude of the staff was bad from the moment I checked in. If the staff is unfriendly and doesn't provide service, auto check-in is fine lolAh, I should have chosen another hotel.

I stayed at this hotel on a weekday in September 2024. The name of this hotel is very similar to another Nest Hotel Naha Nishi in Naha. Please be careful to avoid confusion when booking a room. Upon entering the hotel, the high-ceilinged lobby is impressive. The service staff's English skills are very good and communication is very smooth. If you come by car, the hotel provides parking spaces (¥1,500 per night), or you can choose a nearby parking lot (¥800 per 12 hours). The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Kokusai Street. There are also convenience stores nearby, making life functions very convenient. As for the room configuration, we stayed in a triple room with two people and one bed. The first thing we saw after entering the door was the three-piece bathroom and toilet area, followed by the bed area. The room space is small and it will be a bit crowded when placing large suitcases. It is worth mentioning that the door of the shower room is completely transparent and has no curtain. The private part can only be slightly isolated through a door-lockless sliding door between the bed area and the bath and toilet area. The breakfast was pretty good, with plenty of choices, and some Okinawan specialties, such as fried purple sweet potatoes (or red taro?) and longevity algae, which were impressive. Overall, this is a hotel worth staying at again.
