It's comfortable. The room is very big. The service staff can also speak Chinese and won't dismiss you casually. There is no kitchen, only a microwave oven downstairs. Remember not to pour the freshly boiled hot water into the plastic cup. It smells bad.

Cheap, well-equipped hotel, but it won’t proactively send you a check-in email after booking. Now I met another group of people. I was stuck at the door and called the customer service pin code to get in.

We booked a stay for 9 nights in June. As soon as we arrived at the door, the booking website did not provide the door password and we were unable to enter. On the morning of the third day, the staff who could not communicate in English mistook the booking information and directly tried to break in and ask to check out. I was so frightened that I fell asleep. We, but there was no apology afterwards. It was so exaggerated that it made me suspect that this was the service level of Rakuten Japan!?

❗️Don't forget to check your mail. You will receive a code to open the door to the hotel.This place is not like a normal hotel.There is no staff waiting to accept check-in. You have to do it yourself.But the room is good.

The room is spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub for taking a bath, and a projector for watching Netflix/Youtube. There is a 24-hour supermarket and supermarket just three minutes' walk from the hotel, which is very convenient.

The interior was nice and clean.Unlike other Rakuten STAY facilities, there is no kitchen, but Max Value is about a 3-minute walk away, Makishi Public Market is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants, so there were no problems with food.

I made a reservation through Agoda for about 110,000 won per night.It's a bit far from Kokusai Street, but the monorail is not far.It was nice that there were many convenience stores and izakayas nearby.The neighborhood is quiet, but there seems to be an entertainment bar(?) right in front.Every day from evening to dawn, two people who appeared to be male employees stood guard at the entrance... I felt a bit uncomfortable walking around at night.The room was clean and the bedding was nice and fluffy.The water pressure was strong and the soundproofing was good.The microwave was in the lobby on the first floor, so I had to run into check-in customers every time I used it...I put on my pajamas and went to heat up a late-night snack before going to bed, but I was embarrassed because I ran into several people...One time, he asked me about the check-in procedure ㅡ.ㅡ.... in pajamas with food... I didn't like it ㅠㅠExcept for the two disadvantages: small if small and large if large.Value for money, room size and cleanliness were great.Next time, I would like to stay near Kokusai Street or the monorail station, even if it is a bit narrow.

It's very close to Kokusai Expressway and a short distance from the port. The room is clean, has everything you need, and the price is cheap. There are also sashimi and Chinese restaurants opposite the B&B, great!

It's about a 10-minute walk from the MRT station. The room is very spacious. If you're staying for multiple days, you need to inform the housekeeper about the towels before they can be replenished.
