The location is great: a supermarket one block away, 450mt to Tsubogawa Station (monorail), 7 Eleven around the corner, restaurants on the area.
We were able to do an early check in (with a fee).
The apartments were nice, clean and comfy.

Great location but the AC didn’t work. If you stay here park at max valu on the same street 1 minute walk away. Also has 7/11 and Lawson and food foods around.

Although the kitchen is not open, it is convenient for cutting fruit.Towels will not be changed if you extend your stay, but you can wash and dry clothes directly. Laundry powder is provided.There are supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient overall.The supermarket parking lot is only ¥400 for 12 hours (20:00-08:00), which is very cheap. Even if you don't drive, it's not far from the monorail.The room number will be informed the day before check-in, and you can pick up the key and check-in yourself on the day. It is very convenient and simple. There are many public umbrellas next to the door, so you can rest assured if you don't bring rain gear.Before leaving, you must collect all the garbage yourself and take it to the classified trash cans at the stairs.

The surrounding area is quiet at night, and there is a park opposite where children can relax.The surrounding shopping is great: there is a store near Donki open until 03:00, there is a 24-hour supermarket, 7-11 is opposite, Yoshinoya is next to it, and there is a drug store next to it.Use self-service check-in: This time you use booking, and the other party will take the initiative to send check-in information. It is basically very simple, and they will also take photos for you to see.Inside the room: I booked 2 rooms this time, and there is a baby. You can apply for a crib at no additional charge. It is not crowded if 4 people live in one room with suitcases. The bathroom and toilet are separated in the room, making it convenient for multiple people to use them separately. , there are also bathtubs and washing machines that can be used, microwaves, pots, and refrigerators, so you can cook your own meals; there is also a balcony for chatting.Less inconvenient: the garbage must be sorted and thrown away in the stairwell outside, and the hot water bottle is too old to be used.

I stayed with my wife for 2 weeks.The inn is close to Tsubogawa Station on the Yui Rail and within walking distance from Naha Bus Terminal, so it is conveniently located for transportation.Although it has a hotel name, the room felt like a weekly apartment.It was comfortable with a separate toilet and bath, and a washing machine and dryer.It also has a large capacity and a shoe rack.There was only one bath towel and one face towel per person, and you had to wash and use them yourself, and the sheets were not changed during my stay, but it was nice to be able to stay there as if I were living there.I didn't have many towels in general, so I bought some at Aeon near Oroku Station.There are convenient supermarkets, drug stores, and convenience stores near the inn.In addition, there was a sports park and a riverside walkway nearby, so the living environment was good.I would like to use it again on my next trip to Okinawa.
