It was a very disappointing stay experience! I stayed at this hotel with my wife last night, and the dark-skinned woman at the front desk (probably from Southeast Asia or South America) had a very bad attitude. We went to check in with two friends and we were just planning to eat together, but they didn't stay. However, the staff assumed that the four of us would be staying in one room, continued to have doubts even after we explained to them, and behaved in a very unpleasant manner towards us.Additionally, when I asked for my free parking pass, the staff asked for my car license plate number, which is actually not necessary. He also had a very cold and unfriendly attitude.There was no sense of basic courtesy or consideration for customers at this hotel. The service at the front desk is too bad! Definitely not recommended.

I stayed in a 44m2 room and it had a wide bed, a large bathtub, and a massage chair. I am satisfied with this price. The interior was a bit old, but I was satisfied because each towel was individually wrapped and a simple breakfast was provided. If I visit Osaka again, I will stop by again.

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, which provides convenient access to Kansai Airport and the Kintetsu-Nippombashi subway station. A little further, a 10-minute walk away, is the famous Dotonbori area, which needs no introduction. We were provided with a gigantic room, even by European standards, featuring a sofa, a walking area, a large TV, and even karaoke. I thought it was a mistake since I booked a Standard Twin, so I contacted the reception. For some reason, we were then moved to a similar room with slightly less space. But that's a minor detail. In the bathroom, you can find many wonderful and useful amenities in addition to the standard ones: pajamas, a hair tie, cosmetics, and much more. You will be satisfied with huge jacuzzi (sea salt and other stuff are provided for free). Toilet with heated seat and built-in shower for rear! You will be surprised. The breakfast is good and hearty, more European-style, but it didn't change over the three days. The staff is very polite and ready to help. I especially want to thank Yokoyama-san. By the way, the hotel is already preparing for Halloween.

Compared to other Japanese hotels, the rooms are very spacious.Everything in the room, including the shower, bathtub, and vanity, is large and spacious, so you can stay very comfortably. Located in Namba, this is a great hotel for shopping and exploring restaurants.

I stop by every week, it's clean, and the foreign lady at the counter is funny and I like it.
