I booked this place in May 2023 and was really disappointed and let down. I booked it last-minute after a missed flight but the ABC Guesthouse failed to give me the key/access code in time before my arrival that same night. However, they still took my money. When I tried to get a refund, the company said to contact the booking site and the booking site also avoided responsibility so I was never refunded. Luckily, a separate place, Orange County hostel let me and my sister stay the night at short notice. ABC Guesthouse were really unhelpful and the communication was inadequate. I do not recommend. A bad experience.

Very close to the airportThere is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage to the second floor.It’s a bit inconvenient not being able to use the hair dryer and take a shower too lateI didn’t see the shared bathroom clearly at firstSelf-service check-in is convenientThe price is affordable and cheap. I won’t consider staying here next time.

It's suitable for backpackers, but unfortunately you can't cook. However, there is a supermarket nearby with a lot of cooked food.

Don't bother booking a room here unless you feel comfortable submitting a copy of your passport online. You won't get an option of showing your passport in person upon your arrival.
