Pros: quite spacious, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, comfortable bath and shower, washing machine, humidifier (without it, the air from the air conditioner will be very dry), good area, convenient location, convenient registration.Cons: There was no hair straightener, but friends from the room above shared it with us. The air conditioning is quite powerful and installed above your head, you can catch a cold. We didn’t immediately realize that before entering the login code, you must first press Enter :)Some visiting tourists smoked on the bench in front of the entrance, but this was not the hotel’s fault, but only the ill-mannered tourists.

Autonomous check-in. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Well equipped small kitchen. Comfortable mattress and pillow. Bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo, gel and conditioner. It has a closet and terrace. Bright. Well located, about 15 minutes walk from Dotonbori and 10 minutes from Namba train station. Nearby metro stops. Autonomous check-out. Quiet area. Travel as a couple. The only downside is that there is no reception and no luggage storage service.

The room is very new and well-equipped. Self-check-in is very convenient. There is also a garbage disposal area on the first floor for long-term stays. However, I don't understand why there are more unnecessary furniture, so the balcony cannot be opened.

First of all, the accommodation is good for the price.I am satisfied with this room size for this price in Japan.The facilities are clean, as if they were newly built.The problem is that we stayed as two people for 4 nights and 5 days.Only 2 towels and 2 hand towels were provided.I thought it was a mistake on the part of the hotel, so I sent a message several times, but before the reservation was confirmed, I received a reply within an hour, but after the reservation was confirmed, I didn't get a reply even after a day.I sent a message again and again, and all I received was a response asking me to pay 500 yen for additional towels.Does it make sense to provide 2 towels for 2 adults, 4 nights and 5 days?Even if it’s a one-night stay, two towels aren’t enough.And the selective message replies are the worst.Everything is a contactless system.The only way to contact me is through a message.Even that is a place for optional replies.Those who will make a reservation here, be sure to buy a towel at the supermarket^^Or should I post a notice^^;;;;;;

We spent a lot of time being asked to provide an overly large amount of information including a selfie a video and a number of pieces of personal information.The host quoted that the information is required by Japanese law, I indicated that this was not quite right and the host agreed that it was not an official part of Japanese law. The host also agreed to change their own policies to reflect that it is of the hotel's policy and request to have all of this information provided.Unfortunately, my partner and I had a terrible night's sleep due to the bed being quite uncomfortable and all of the bedding being made of synthetic material. After all, there is a reason why even the cheapest of hotels in most countries have cotton bedding. Sadly, once I mentioned a bedding issue I did not hear back from the host and was forced to cancel my stay.Also, the place lacked all of the touches that you would typically find in Japanese accommodation.

I stayed in this hotel for 9D8N in Summer 2024 during the hottest month of the year. The air-conditioning was SHIOK (Singlish for blissful) cos I'm alone and can set whatever temp suits me during the stay.The nearby eateries were quaint, exclusive and heartwarming, which was a surprise to me cos I thought Jap urbanites are about commercial malls and branded places.Amenities are new, clean and functional all throughout the room. I played with the toilet bidet most of the time. The washer is also efficient and comes with laundry powder. The clothes are dried easily in the verandah with brackets for hanging.I love the spacious fridge-freezer cos I bought many Jap desserts from the nearby Life supermart. I reused the jelly cups as moulds for making ice which fit my tumbler for day use in the hot weather. And the two bins for trash are covered so there's no unpleasant smells from the wastes.I had a good time watching the dramas at night cos the screen is huge and there's network channels. It was a restful retreat for me: hiding in cool room after lunch to dodge the midday heat, going out for dinner in the late afternoon.The proximity to Namba Station means I can travel to Kobe, Kyoto, Nara using the train network easily. I was lucky to obtain guidance from a lady tourist guide who advised me to get the IC card for local train travel which gave me a lot of convenience.The hotel had a reception person during my stay so I had someone to talk to. Junichi helped me to get carton boxes, tape and marker for me to pack all my extra shopping when my luggage maxed out.This hotel stay was so pleasant I didn't want to go home. It's a home away from home, especially for those who travel alone and appreciate quiet places and less crowd. I've seen couples and young families staying here so I think it's certainly a good choice to return to in future visits.

I have been to Japan 16 times in 16 years.First of all, the hotel was nice and clean, as if it was newly built and not remodeled. The smell of a new building is unavoidable in the common areas, but it doesn't come from the rooms at all.The room is not as big as the picture, but compared to other Japanese hotels, it is spacious enough and I was very satisfied with the fact that it has a veranda. It was nice that there was no pleasant smell from the hotel and the smells of my group's daily life could be ventilated sufficiently by opening the window.I was very worried about the location because the weather was hot, but I was worried because I could easily walk with my luggage from Nankai Namba Station.It was almost pointless.You can walk to all of Tengacha Station, Ebisucho and Nankai Namba, and there is a Life Mart 3 minutes away near the hotel, so you can buy food or souvenirs along the way. One day during the trip, I bought raw fish, sushi, and side dishes at Life Mart and cooked them myself (in the microwave, of course.. haha).Unlike Osaka, which I visited two years ago, the prices have risen a lot and the food is not as good as before, which is disappointing, but I am glad that the hotel is satisfactory in terms of cost-effectiveness and location. Everything is different from person to person, so compare everything including the location, price, and facilities you want. If you are satisfied but are hesitating because there are no reviews like me, you can say that.
