I'm not that upset, but I'll write a review for other people.Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can use it for free if you are the first to arrive. However, if you are late, you will be asked to park at a nearby coin parking lot at your own expense. Unequal at this point. If you don't have a parking lot, please make a note to that effect.Moreover, the staff told me that the nearest coin parking lot costs 1,000 yen per night, but is that true? Don't write a flat rate for 24 hours lol. In other words, if you don't do well, you could be charged about 3,000 yen. There is no credibility in what is said.I was told that I could cancel, so when I told them that I wanted to cancel, the customer told me to call Agoda directly.I thought, "Huh? Why am I using my smartphone to make calls at my own expense?" I borrowed a phone, but it became too much of a hassle, so I asked the staff to do it for me. I can understand his point. However, some people may get angry.What's wrong with this is that it's unfair and doesn't state that parking fees will be collected in advance. I made a reservation at a place called bibi in Futenma on short notice and had a comfortable stay. Recommended.

There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient and cost-effective. I stayed in room 203, and the cleaning was not very thorough, and there was noticeable water stains around the water.The toilet paper was not placed well, making it difficult to use, and I got the impression that a lot of things were crammed into a small space. The outlet is also poorly located and difficult to use. It's cheap compared to other accommodations, so it's okay if you just want to sleep.

I stayed in room 306.It's so dirty that I can't help but think they're making fun of it!It's strange to think that you can let customers in with this!This is my first time staying in such a dirty accommodation.Obviously not doing anything normally, just making bets.I also cleaned the toilet a little.Pride is piled above everythingFor example, the toilet lid, the top of the refrigerator, the shelves, and even the top of the switch box are not only sticky but also sticky.I'm proud of everything except the floor where I walk.The cloth on the wall is torn, but it looks like they just left it alone without doing anything.There were traces of a white liquid spilled on the aisle in front of the kitchen.I thought it wouldn't come off, so I wiped it with the alcohol disinfectant I brought and it came off!The lid and edges of the washing machine were also dirty, and when I used it, mold from the washing tub got on the laundry I washed!Why do you close the washing machine lid when not in use?I know it's going to be full of mold!The worst part was the unit bath.Of course there is pink mold,There is a lot of black mold in noticeable places around the door handles.There's a lot of hair on the walls, shampoo bottles, etc. have drips on them,There were lumps all around the neck of the pump.It was so dirty that I didn't have a body sponge (I don't use it) and detergent.I used it after washing it with body shampoo.I think there are times when the user used the product incorrectly and it was dirty, or something was overlooked.But it's clearly different! The air freshener in the room is too strong. Overall cleaning is not done properly. I don't have any nightwear. I thought it would be a little better since it cost nearly 10,000 yen, but I was disappointed.It is convenient that there is a convenience store nearby.

It's noisy because it's right next to a US military base. Same quality as Livemax hotels in the mainland. There is a washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave oven, but I don't think it's possible to expect cleanliness. I used the bathroom dryer and it was covered in dust.

I used it for work (the company specified a hotel)All I can say is "dirty"The overall impression of the room is that it is a single room for a male student.There was so much hair left on the sheets that it looked like someone had already used them, and the room was not cleaned properly.The slippers I use to walk around the room are so dirty and damaged that I don't feel like using them.The only thing I can praise is the cleanliness of the bathroom.There are some inconveniences as the reception desk is not always staffed.Regardless of whether it's cheap or not, I want them to work harder on hygiene.

Ospreys are noisy during the day as it is close to Futenma Air Base, but at night it is quiet and comfortable. A 7-Eleven will be opening soon, so I guess it's a good idea.

There is no hot water in the sink. The freezer was covered in snow. The elevator smelled of cigarettes, which was a bit disappointing. If you reply that we have improved, we will delete or edit your review.

The worker at the front desk wasn't there when we arrived to check in. He works at two Mr. Kinjo locations at the same time due to the other locations being understaffed. WiFi is as fast as my grandma running, read 0.85 Megabytes per second so it is pretty much useless. My data is literally about 20 times faster. Great location for me but disappointed overall with this experience. Do better.
