It's a bit of a walk from Osaka Station, but within walking distance. Friendly staff and clean rooms. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the annex, which is very convenient.

It was cheap as a set with the Shinkansen.I used it because the reviews were good.I was alone, but there was only a single and double.I went there and it was spacious and comfortable!The lobby was large and there were a lot of people going in and out at this time of day.There were several staff members and check-in was smooth.Of course Japanese staffOverseas staff (looks like India or Vietnam)I was there, but he was very polite.There was a problem with my charger.When I called the front desk, they responded immediately.The bathroom was spacious, probably because it was a double.There is ample space between the toilet and the bath.I was very happy because I don't like small unit baths.A point that I personally was very happy about wasOne more thing.I was there for two nights and three days, so I didn't need to clean.If you take out an unnecessary card, it will become a doorknob.Bath towels, face towels, bath mats, and paper bags containing water.It was lowered!I think I should ask the front desk to just change the bath towels.I was so grateful because I was confused.If you don't need cleaning, you usually have to tell us.Most of the time I couldn't get anything done.I was really surprised and happy.I would like to use it again when I go to Osaka.

We often use it for breakfast for visitors. (Since I have never stayed overnight, I do not include any reviews for accommodation.)I was very disappointed that the price of breakfast had increased and the number of items was very small. Previously, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and was worth more than the price, but when you visit in October 2024, the lineup will be similar to that found in business hotels. I was aware that the price had been raised, but I asked with the intention of keeping the price unchanged, so I was very disappointed. The photos on the official website haven't been particularly replaced either, so if the content has changed, I'd like them to change that as well.
