I stayed there in June and I always found it very impressive and made my first trip to Japan unforgettable🥺💖The room was comfortable and clean. It was cleaned every day. Once we returned to the hotel, it was as good as new. The service staff were also very friendly and considerate. I even remembered that I forgot to take the kettle. The service staff ran after me until they were almost at the tram station. The weather was super hot that day. It was hot, and he wore thick clothes, but he still helped us get it. We were very touched at the moment. You can borrow an umbrella when it rains, and there are tram stops and supermarkets nearby. The transportation is super convenient. I will want to stay here every time I come to Japan. It’s really It’s such a wonderful memory. It’s been three months since I last stayed there. Looking back on it with my other half, I still miss it very much! I hope I can go there again if I have the opportunity. It is really a very happy hotel!

I am a wheelchair user.I can walk a little. The other day, when I stayed with a friend, it was just me and my friend.I also had to walk to the hotel, so I took a taxi from Osaka Station with a friend.By chance, an employee had a suite available, soWe stayed in a suite, just the two of us.It's spacious enough for just the two of us.There was a minibar in the room. There was also a microwave, refrigerator, and TV in the living room and bedroom.Only suite rooms have a closet room. The curtains in the living room can be opened and closed electrically using a remote control. There was a remote control on the table. The curtains in the bedroom can be opened and closed manually. There was a toilet in the living room and washroom. The bedroom had a washroom and a bath. There is only one handrail in the bathtub. In addition, the bathtub has a non-slip finish and a sitting space so you can take a sitz bath. The bathtub is so spacious that even two adults can fit in it.The bathtub is barrier-free, but since it is in the bedroom, it is difficult to access it in a wheelchair because there is a bed.The problem is that the elevator is narrow, and the toilet and bedroom are also small. Also, the most noticeable parts are intended for people with normal health, so there are many places that can be used that are difficult to see from a wheelchair. The employees were very responsive. The only suite room is room 1401 on the 14th floor. The night view is beautiful. The view from the window is Utsubo Park.If you are traveling with a wheelchair, we recommend using a manual wheelchair or a simple electric wheelchair.Car battery-powered electric wheelchairs and electric silver cars are difficult.

The room is 42m, which is quite large for 4 people. At least one bed per person is required. The staff is very friendly, but it is inconvenient because there are no laundry facilities.

I stayed in 3 different hotels during my recent Japan trip. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at. The standard 4 guest room was incredibly spacious (4 full size beds, desk, couch, closet, toilet room and shower room)The staff was incredible, extremely helpful at helping guide us and answer questions. They will greet you at the door and open the elevator for you (nice touch). We got in early in all our hotels so we left our luggage at the lobby, this was the only hotel that offered to out it in our room when it was ready. Umbrellas are available to guests for free. The hotel is 5 mins away from awaza subway station which is great for connecting everywhere. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The view from the hotel is very nice.Highly recommend staying here if visiting Osaka. My only regret is not getting the names of the 3 front desk people that helped us, they were great.

The hotel and the staff are just the best. The location is very nice since you are close to subway stations, convenience stores and not far from Osaka castle too.I will never EVER forget how every night, day, afternoon when we would come back they would greet us, open the elevator, bow and generally make you feel at home. Whenever we need information for something for example where the shopping centers are we just used google translate and everyone was so polite. There are umbrellas which you can use too, you just need to return them. The rooms were very nice, with a nice view and a good amount of space. The bathrooms were also clean with a big bathtub to relax after walking for 7h :D.If you want your room to get cleaned you just leave the sign on your door and when you come back after your walk or w/e it will be cleaned with all kinds of goodies. If you do not its fine, every day they would leave us a big bag with new sheets, toothbrushes, q-tips and other things. The only downside is that the floor was not really vacuumed and the shower room door was a bit broken but it really did not bother us too much.I can not thank the staff enough for the experience they provided us and I hope I can one day go back and greet them. The day we had to go back I had a few tears in my eyes so do not look at just the stars of a hotel. From a Bulgaria, ARIGATO GOZAIMASU!
