I would like to stay at this hotel again when I go to Osaka. I would like to go to Osaka to stay at this hotel instead.Breakfast is the best!Taxi from Univa is cheap and awesome!Utsubo Park is the best!The cost performance is also great!Good location in Honmachi!The room, bath, and refrigerator are all good!I will come back to take care of you again.

·serviceThis was a stay where I had some doubts about the response of one hotel staff (the rest were average).First of all, his appearance is not suitable for a hotel worker, his shirt is open to the second button, and his mask is below his nose...I think he shouldn't have to wear one.Also, I borrowed a kitchen set, but the sponge I borrowed was unexpectedly worn out...I've stayed in various hotels with kitchens, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me.Although the fact that it was worn out was fine, anyone who looked at it could see that it was dirty and covered in dirt.I don't understand the nerve to simply give this to a guest.In the end, I bought a new sponge at a nearby drugstore and dealt with it.·placeI thought it would be convenient because it was close to Honmachi Station, but Honmachi Station itself is quite large, and depending on the line you have to walk about 10 minutes from the hotel.In that case, it is easier to walk outside without entering the station because there are no ups and downs.A taxi from Umeda Station costs about 2,000 yen, so I think it would be convenient to take a taxi.・Guest roomThe rooms are spacious and have everything you need.The bathroom was clean, but it was so stylish that I didn't understand how to use it at first...Also, please be aware that depending on the room, there is a level difference of about 30 cm in the washroom.I have almost no complaints about the hotel itself, and I think it's a good hotel, but my level of satisfaction was greatly lowered by the hotel staff.Since the price is low, I don't ask for much, but I do ask for a response that will at least not cause discomfort.

July 2024By chance, I went back for the first time in about two years, but it was kept very clean and felt new.The large balcony on the top floor is still intact, and I would like to use it for something, but I don't know how.This time we were going for the big TV, which was perfect for watching from the couch.The bath with a washing area was also functional, and the amenities provided were very good.There are plenty of shoe racks and shelves, and it's built to the point where you can live in it. There were no pots or knives in the kitchen.There were cups and a kettle.Breakfast was 2 tables. It looked like it was handmade by a mother who loved stories, and it was stylishly displayed. I feel warmly taken care of, just like when I went back to my parents' home.I was able to extend my checkout by 1 hour for 1,000 yen, so I was able to relax.
