I really want to thank the staff for helping me with a situation I had where I left my luggage in the train, specially Barsha (I think was her name). Super helpful. The hotel is clean and feels new, the breakfast is great and it's very well located. Thanks for everything!

Very clean hotel right in the heart of Shinsekai. You are also between 2 train stations that are both easy walks from the hotel making it easy to get anywhere you want to go relatively fast. All in all, this hotel is at a great location and very comfortable.

The rooms are quite small and have beds so that you can open a maximum of 1 suitcase, but otherwise very clean, very quiet and the location of the hotel is also great.The breakfast buffet is good and plentiful, but there are cheaper alternatives.Would it be against booking the hotel

Price: Very cheap compared to Dodong area.Room: Terrible 🥲 Very dirty, especially the carpet. Musty smell from the first step The mattress is not soft, the pillow is hard, the blanket is bad, the cover and blanket do not match well. Flowing out of each other all the time, not comfortable sleeping at allLocation: Near Shinsekai Tower, but this area is enough to visit only at night because there is nothing besides landmarks. Near Tennoji ZooI actually intended to reserve the Dotong branch. But if you make the wrong reservation, your life will change. This school has many branches like APA. When booking, look carefully to see which branch. I just found the jackpot like we did in 4 nights. When I want to shop, I have to go back to Dotong. Almost three kilometers away 😂😂Oh, 4 nights, clean the room once 🫠No pictures, not impressed by anything and won't come back again. Too far 🥲

The two of us suddenly went on a trip from Kanto to Osaka, headed for Tsutenkaku, and were looking for a hotel to stay overnight without meals, and we found this place!Even though we were staying without meals, we were given detailed explanations, breakfast was included, and we were able to spend a quiet and relaxing night!I could also see the night view of Tsutenkaku from the window.The water area and the room are very clean and I am satisfied!I would like to stay there again when I come to Osaka!

The hotel is very centrally located and the staff is friendly. There is a coffee machine that can be used free of charge by all guests at certain times. The rooms are very small, so you can hardly open a suitcase, but the beds are comfortable. There is a convenience store directly opposite the hotel that is open 24 hours a day.
