If you pass through the underground shopping street Whitey from Osaka Station or Umeda Station, it will feel closer than it actually is. There are multiple exits from Whitey, so it's confusing. The surrounding area on weekend nights is chaotic and not very pleasant. It hasn't changed since ancient times. Maybe it's better than being lonely.Equipment is old. Having a step at the entrance to a unit bath gives a cheap impression these days. In older unit baths, the toilet is also placed diagonally, and the ceiling is quite low. The width of the bathtub is also quite narrow, so you can't soak in it, but it's not comfortable to have the shower curtain brushing against your arm when you take a shower. The lighting in the sink is also insufficient. The desk in the room is not large, but there is a safe next to it and a luggage storage next to it, so it is convenient to have somewhere to put things. The TV was angled toward the foot of the bed, making it difficult to watch. The room I stayed in faced the inside, not the street, and was on the 5th floor, so there was no light even in the morning. When I first arrived and opened my hand towel to wash my hands, long hair came out, making me feel disappointed. When I looked up at the low ceiling while taking a shower, I saw hair stuck in it and felt disgusted. For breakfast, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff were nice, and although I didn't think there were many items, they were all delicious and restocked well, so I didn't have to wait for my food. It would have been even better if there was fresh grapefruit or apple juice. Therefore, I get the impression that the score is largely determined by the age of the equipment. The affiliated hotels in other areas had newer facilities and looked quite clean, so I felt there was a difference.

The location and facilities are commensurate with the price. The route suggested by Google Maps required me to go up and down the underground shopping mall many times, which was exhausting. It seems that going through Higashidori Shopping Street was the right choice. The edge of the bathtub was quite high from the floor, making it a bit difficult to get in and out. If you are traveling with small children or are an elderly person, I think it would be a good idea to check with the hotel in advance (there may be rooms with lower bathtubs).

The internet is very slow!Location wise it's ok. Near convenience store and at the back is a very long road fill with bars and places to eat. There is a coin laundry in my room's floor though only 1 but not sure for other floors. The reception rejected my request for early check in, even though only 10 minutes earlier. She said nedd to wait till 3 PM to check in.

Because the facility is old, the smell of wastewater and sewage filled the unit bath. Also, if I had to say it, I understand that the steak restaurant on the first floor is only open during the day, but I felt it was a waste to have the electricity on even outside of business hours. Despite this, I felt it was strange to encourage eco-activities.
