I give them a low rating because there have been problems with the breakfast service. The afternoon before you have to choose between 5 breakfast options for the next morning, we chose the fruit and yogurt option.The next day we arrived at 6:55 (it opened at 7:00) and we asked if they could give us a takeaway, because we only had 20 minutes to leave to catch a train, and they told us that breakfast could not be made at that time. mode.We waited patiently and when it was 7:10 we asked them if we could choose an egg and bacon sandwich to take away because we didn't have time to continue waiting for the fruit bowl because we had to leave at 7:20.When the deadline arrived we asked if they had much left and they hadn't even started making them and they only gave us the option of canceling breakfast.It seems very suboptimal to me that you can't have a buffet breakfast to quickly get what you need like in other hotels and that they don't give you options knowing that we have a time limit.

It is in a very good location, close to Kitashinchi, with good access to Osaka Station and the high-speed limousine bus.The room had also been renovated and was clean.I'll visit you again.

Excellent hotel ideally located a short walk from the train station, perfect for travelers. Despite the proximity to the center, it is on a very quiet street, which guarantees peaceful nights. A convenient and quiet location, I highly recommend!

It's about a 10 minute walk from Osaka Station.The plumbing is old, but it is well kept.Family Mart is directly connected on the 1st floor.There is no coin laundry, but there is a private coin laundry store 2.3 minutes away on foot, so you won't have any problems even if you stay for a long time.There is a vending machine on site. Wi-Fi is also available.There is a refrigerator in the room, but I couldn't freeze it.The staff's service is easy to understand and very polite.There are several types of tea leaves available at the front desk, and you can enjoy tea in your room.

Nothing flash about this hotel but the room was always clean, A/C worked great, free amenities were consistently topped up and the check-in/ check-out process was really easy. We were really happy with the location being a quick walk to Nishi-Umeda and Osaka-Umeda train stations, shops and restaurants, because we specifically didn't want to stay right in the chaos of Dontonburi. There is a FamilyMart on the ground floor of the building, and there's also another bigger FamilyMart and a 7-11 just across the road too.

Despite the intense heat, the rooms are equipped with double air conditioning systems, one for the whole building and one for each individual, making it quite comfortable for those who are sensitive to heat. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there are plenty of amenities. I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is served in the form of a bento box, which you can take out and enjoy in your room. Even though it's a weekday, the performance is quite good at this price in Osaka.

As others have suggested, the staff at this hotel are very rude, especially the two girls working at the front desk. The rooms are not clean at all and smelled like cigarette smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. When asked to change rooms I was denied in a rude manner by the two girls working at the front desk and was told that I would have to pay more. It seemed like this hotel is not very popular and does not have a lot of guests so they are money driven.The hotel is located around a lot of office buildings so if you’re a tourist or not on a business trip it would not be for you as you will have to commute to the tourists sites in Osaka as there is not much to see where the hotel is located.Overall this was a terrible experience and I’m glad I only stayed for a few days. Management at this hotel needs to train their staff on customer service. I will not be coming back here. Do not recommend.

WORST hotel accommodation experience. I have travelled across the world and been to many different hotels but this was by far the worst place for service. Check out was at 11am and we brought the keys down to front desk. We went up to grab our bags and used the washroom before heading out and this font desk lady stormed upstairs by 11:10 DEMANDING we have to pay for the late checkout.I never once had anyone storming up to our hotel room demanding for us to pay for late check out. The lady was very rude. Other hotels always offer to extend check out but this one demanded we pay for the whole hour for being 10 mins late. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.We booked a non smoking hotel room but the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was also small and the air conditioner didn’t even work properly.If you’re a tourist I would also not recommend to stay here as it’s not in walking distance to any major tourist sites or restaurants. Not recommended.

I was using the room because of the size of the room and the bed, but I was inconvenienced when something that I had left on my desk during my multiple nights there, which I wouldn't consider trash, was thrown away without permission.Nothing came out after that, and the front desk staff asked if they should call the police. It was very unpleasant to be treated like this.When I checked out the next day, the story didn't even come up. It's better to take everything with you when you go out, or choose not to stay here.

Rooms are relatively small compared to what we are used to outside of Asia. Having a family mart downstairs is very convenient for late night snacks, morning coffee, and whatever else you may need. It may have been a very nice hotel in the past, but it seems a bit past its prime. For the cost (during golden week), it was a great location at a great price with fantastic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable wash cloths, cleansing oil, face wash, toner, face cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, hair brush, etc.)
