Everything is self service, very clean and very comfortable for resting. The location is also strategic because it is very close to Temma station

I used it for 3 nights and 4 days.The good points are that the room is spacious, the toilet, bath, and sink are separate, and there is also a changing room, and there are dishes, washing machine (with gel ball detergent), hangers (about 15?), etc., and it is large. It was very easy to live here with the same facilities as an apartment, such as having a trash can and being close to the station and coin laundry.The bad points (points that bothered me) were that there was trash left from the shampoo (sample) bag used by the previous person, there was a box of tissues but there was nothing inside, and the pinch hanger was all pinched. It was broken, there was almost no desk, etc.There were some bad points, but they were within the scope of what we could handle, so I felt that the hotel was overall good.So, I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Great location, just tucked away enough to be out of it all but close enough to train lines, food and shopsCleanliness was a bit off. Broken curtains, only 1 washing tablet for washing machine for 3 days. Because you never see anyone, and you spend your days out and about, you forget about these things but I would think twice about staying here again if in the area. Also if you are a light sleeper, not the place for you. Trains run late and you can hear anyone walking around if you're on a lower level

There is no administrator, everything is automatic.The room was clean and very comfortable.It's right in front of the railroad tracks, so it might be a little noisy for people who don't like trains, but it didn't bother me.Please note that check-in is possible from 16:00, but you will not be able to do anything unless you receive the email at that time.

Room is perfect for 2 guests and i'm quite satisfied with everything during my stay regardless the busy trail that always pass by. The location is also near to 7/11, Tenma station, and Tamade!

We drove straight from the airport to the apartment, we didn’t have to drag our suitcases for long because the apartments are close to Temma stationThe apartment is located in a dark but safe side street. There is a railway nearby, but this did not bother me at all. There is also a FamilyMart and 7/11 nearby.We checked in quickly, there were no problems.Everything inside is clean, in good repair, there is air conditioning, a microwave, a kettle. There are care products in the bathroom. Basically, everything a traveler needs.The only negative is the narrow beds. Sleeping together is very crowded

this place is quite far from Shin-Osaka Sta, so if you would travel a lot using Shinkansen, I don't suggest this place. However, if you already have JR Pass, the closest station to this place is JR Temma. They have Don Qui Jote, Super Tamade, and many restaurant around.For the hygiene, it is not that clean, especially the blue blanket they put on the bed, those fiber from the blanket is going everywhere. Those fibers will get attached to your clothes and those fiber dots will stay on your clothes. So I get rid of that and put in the drawer.As for the noise and trains, my kids loves it because they are able to see train everytime they want LoL.It is a bit loud but not that loud and my kids can sleep peacefully. I have 1 year old light sleeper and she is Ok with the sound.Maybe because I stayed on the first floor, so it is not too noisy.check in and check out is easy.If I travel with low budget, I will def stay at this place.

We booked to stay for 5 days in Jan 2024. Check in process was smooth but took a bit of time to enter information in the tablet.The apartment was located in front of the railway line so it was very noisy regardless you use the earplug provided by the apartment or not. Expect the noise will last until 1am and resume around 5am daily.Bed were small around 1.2m wide. No hand soap. You need to get you own toilet paper if ran out. Kitchen was small and no benchtop space or table to put your plates or bowl.The apartment was located about 3 to 5 mins walk from JR temma station, which was quite convenient. Have family mart, 24 hours Tamade supermarket, 7 Eleven and a shopping mall all just outisde of the train station. Super handy to go to Donji which is located next to train station as well. Walking from train station to apartment was not really safe (road with dimmed lights) and not recommend for single or female to walk alone in the evening or at night.The apartment was 5 mins away from Yamato transport (warehouse), where you can arrange your luggages to be sent or pickup from there, which is good.JR temma station is on the Osaka Loop which your can use your JR pass.Would I stay here again? Probably not given it is right in front of the train line and so noisy and did not feel safe walking to and from the apartment at night.

We lived here for 2 nights and 3 days and found this place to be just okay. Nothing to great but the lack of communication, small rooms and neighbourhood was just unpleasant.Few things to lookout for:- Dont book according their setting, because we booked for 4 people and got a room where one guest was sleeping on the couch. Beds were so small.- amenties were limited (we only got towels for 2 people, other 2 showered with hand towels). Dont rely on them bring your own.- There is no email or message prior to checking-in and no reception. You check in through a tablet which sometimes loses internet (making the whole process 30-40mins long) passports, photos, etc- expect that your requests wont be adhered to, not by the owner, neither expedia. A simple request of asking for 2 towels was left unanswered.- our room was infront of a literal train track, so train noise was consistent until they stopped at 1am.This review would be less brutal if only minimum communication was offered, but due to the lack of it and an unaccommodating room - our stay was very unsatisfactory!Better options out there for your money

There is a QR code and LINE on the online booking door and someone will reply.It takes some time to book a room and register. You don’t need to check out if you use the password lock.oh!It’s in the old town so it’s a bit dark at night😆The supermarket is at the station, so finish shopping first before entering the accommodation.

Horribly loud. It's right next to the train track! People who can't sleep like the dead better stay away from this place. Also we were oversold this place. No way 4 people can comfortably fit in that tiny apartment.

The check-in procedure was complicated. The room was right next to the train tracks. It was very noisy late at night and early in the morning. There were piles of hair, dust and cotton wadding around the walls, under the bed, and under the sofa. Open the window a little and the wind would blow out in bunches. There were no laundry balls.Requested to replenish it. After 2 requests, it took 2 days to replenish it. Only less than 10 pieces of kitchen paper were provided. I asked to replenish it, but the reply was that it was not in stock. They asked us why they didn't check it when we checked in. They asked us to buy it ourselves and then ask them for payment.There is a persistent odor coming out of the drain pipe of the washing machine and filling the whole room.Unbearable. No drying in the bathroom. Warming function
