I had to reroute my trip from Tokyo to Osaka due to a typhoon, and I stayed at your hotel for one night ( 16 August ).Good:The front desk staff were very polite and helpful, and the hotel's location was quite good.Bad:I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the room's bathroom. Upon using the toilet the following morning, I discovered several significant BROWN STAINS on both the toilet and the TOILET DOOR. That left me feeling shocked and nauseated.R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!!!!!!I have never encountered such a disturbingly unhygienic bathroom in a hotel IN MY LIFE. When checking out, I did make the front desk aware of this problem, but by that time it was too late to properly rectify the situation during my stay.I will NOT be returning to the hotel nor any hotels under your brand in the future. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!I took a video but I am unable to post it here. Please "enjoy" the screen capture tho!

Terrible experience from a reception girl named 大杉,very rude attitude, giving a long face to a customers who are trying to check in. This kind of service is completely not acceptable as a hotel staff. Please improve quality of your staffs,Meitetsu Inn.Room is smallThere is a Lawson in the first floor which has very strong smell.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are better choices in nearby area.Don’t have to waste money on this.

For Canadian standards, the room was small. Just enough for the bed, space to change, and a bathroom that's not big enough for my wife and I to share. This said, it was great place to rest between days roaming the region. The staff was friendly and helpful, the coffee machine in the lobby was a lifesaver, the provided toiletries were excellent, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the tub was deep. Nearby restaurants are great and you can go anywhere from the Shin-Osaka station, just a minute walk away. A large space isn't needed if you're only using it to wash up and sleep.

I had stayed in 3 hotels during my time in japan, this is the best hotel among the hotels. They provide everything at the lobby including free coffee. Their room is consider spacious (15m²) and still have room for walking even though already opened 2 large luggages

One of the best hotel I'be stayed in Japan. Great location (3 minutes walk from JR Shin-Osaka East Exit). The room feels bigger than the average Japan's hotel room. Free amenities and drinks at the lobby was a nice touch. a very wonderful experience.

This hotel is conveniently located within 7 minutes walk from Shin Osaka station. Although the lobby is a bit small, it has the key essentials, including items for the bathroom whjcb you can take upstairs. …

location: good to catch trains and subways as it’s just one street away. Room: very small not suitable for families. Suitable for single travellers. Once you open the suitcase, you can’t open the toilet door anymore. Check out time is early in Japan, it’s 10am.

Really glad I chose this location for my solo trip last month!Although the price is a bit on the high side, it's worth the money as the rooms are incredibly clean, well-lit and modern. It's thoughtfully furnished so it doesn't feel cramped even though the room size is quite small (just the right size for a solo stay tbh, more than that would be a bit tight.) My cabin-sized luggage opened fine in the room, but anything larger like a 29in suitcase would be a challenge for sure. Their provided pajamas are also comfortable and fit well.I appreciated the Lawson in the building, it's small but well-stocked with snacks and meals if you need some supper. It's also very close to the station's shinkansen gate which makes it convenient to catch the early train.Despite its proximity to the station, the place is quiet and you can get a pretty good night's sleep. There's also a lift at the station exit so it's easy to get there even if you have large pieces of luggage.Check-in/check-out was also very quick and convenient as it is done via a self-service machine. Looking forward to staying here again during my next visit.

A clean hotel with friendly staff. Although the reception area is a bit small, the rooms looked quite new. There is a convenience store downstairs and restaurants are within walking distance. It is also not far from the train station. Would recommend!

This low-key hotel is an absolute gem. It's located in a quiet area very close to the Shin-Osaka station. The 24-hour front desk is welcoming. Complimentary coffee and amenities are offered in the lobby. Hotel rooms, albeit on the smaller side, are clean and modern.
