Great value near the stationLocation: The nearest station is compact, so the actual distance from the hotel to the JR train is short and convenient. There is a convenience store on the first floor, which you can also enter from here.Reception: It's not particularly good, but they respond quickly and efficiently.Room: I can't hide how old it is, but it looks like they've renovated it as much as possible. The air conditioner is an individual air conditioner and there is no noticeable dirt. The windows are double glazed but can be opened and closed. There was no noticeable dirt or hair on the floor.Bath: The unit is narrow, the shower curtain is directly above the edge of the bathtub, the water in the shower is surprisingly gentle, and the bathtub hot water fills and drains quickly. You have to adjust the mixing faucet yourself.Toilet: The water stop valve is not working well, so when I flush it on "small", the water does not stop flowing. If it is "large", it will stop.There was an ice machine in the hallway on the accommodation floor, which was convenient.I feel that using JR is more convenient than staying within the loop line.Overall, it's a good value hotel that will make you repeat guests depending on the price.

It's quiet despite being near the station. There is a convenience store next to the front desk and an eat-in corner. Transportation is convenient as it is one stop from Shin-Osaka Station. For breakfast, you can have free refills of bread and coffee, or rice and miso soup.

One station from Shin-Osaka Station. It's right in front of the station and very convenient.I got the impression that everything, including the water area, was thoroughly cleaned.The room was small, but the window could be opened, giving it a feeling of openness.Comfortable enough for one person to stay.The receptionist was also kind.

I had some work to do in Esaka, so I made two separate reservations and stayed for two nights.Higashiyodogawa Station is nearby, and Higashi Mikuni Station and Shin-Osaka are also within walking distance.It was Golden Week, but it was cheap, so I made a reservation.The pajamas and pants were of the ankle-length type, which was highly praised, but the single room was rather small.It is also highly rated that there is a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the building.The interior and equipment are a little outdated, but it can't be helped since it's a cheap inn.The parking lot in the tower next door doesn't seem to be in operation, but there is space for two cars.There didn't seem to be many people going to this hotel by car, so it was first come, first served, but there was one space available even after 7pm, so I was grateful that I was able to park my car in time for two days for free.The meals are not a buffet, so you don't have to eat too much, but they are pretty simple.The staff and cleaning staff were nice, so I thought it would be a good idea to book again if there were no good hotels near Shin-Osaka.Thank you for your help.
