The hardware equipment is very neat and clean, but the service quality is very poor!Check-in was at 16:00. I arrived before 13:00 with my big suitcase and went back to the hotel to check-in at 16:15. They put me in the upper bunk, which was really inconsiderate!I made a reservation on book.com and could choose my own room type. They told me directly that I couldn't choose because it was full, and I couldn't change my room type because it was full. Finally, I asked to move from the upper bunk to the lower bunk, but they just ignored it. They said if someone cancels, they will change it for you. When I arrived at my upper bunk, I sat there and watched many backpacker guest guests who checked in later than me sleep on the lower bunk…The first piece of their education and training may be to ignore guests when they ask for something!

Advantages: You can eat and drink in the public area on the first floor. There is also a small public area on your own floor where you can eat. There are lockers that can be locked. The room cannot be locked with a curtain, but there is a small password attached to the room. Lock the cabinet and dig a hole so you can put your phone in to charge it. Overall the room was quite clean. There is a small table in the room, and there is also one in the public area. It is very convenient if you need to work. There are two supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient for shopping in the middle of the night.Disadvantages: The pillow is very collapsed, but after I contacted the counter, I was given a less collapsed one. I slept on the bed at the entrance, so I would be disturbed whenever someone opened the door, because the bathroom was also next to the door. I encountered this problem on the second night. Someone was blow-drying their hair in the middle of the night... In addition, the floor was quite loud when someone walked by, which is not suitable for light sleepers.

This is my first time staying at a backpacker hostel and I feel very good about it.1. The service staff are patient and friendly and can communicate in English.2. 24-hour counter3. The public space on the first floor has kitchen utensils, refrigerators and microwaves, and the environment is clean4. I experienced two room types this time. The L room type is the same as the regular one. The L room type can accommodate one large and one small suitcase. In terms of space, L is more comfortable, but the bed is very hard. Although the bed in the general room is just a mattress, it is more comfortable to sleep on.5. There are 6 dressing tables, 6 dressing tables, 6 toilets and bathrooms on the 4th floor, as well as a small restaurant. I think the environment is clean.➡️It seems that a hair dryer is broken. It is recommended that personnel check it regularly.6. I think the space for luggage is too small and not very convenient.7. For the password lock of the locker, for me, who was staying in a youth hostel for the first time, the instructions were not easy to understand. I only set the password after the front desk staff operated it.➡️What should I transfer in the first step? What should I transfer in the second step? I read the manual but didn’t understand it.8. People who are light sleepers should prepare earplugs.I had a terrible experience on the first night. The tenant next door to me had his alarm clock start going off at 5am and it went off every ten minutes until 7am. I was going crazy inside;➡️I hope "Please turn off the alarm when it rings" can be included in the "Terms of Stay"

I used it for two nights and three days for a short elopement. It was a last-minute reservation and check-in, butWe were given detailed information about the facilities and services. There were many things you could rent out, such as blankets. The rooms are very clean, and the shoe cabinet and small closet have locks that you can set your own PIN code, so security is perfect. It was great that there were many shower stalls and we didn't have to wait.I'm a little concerned that the door to the room is a roll screen, but at this low price and this cleanliness, it's completely acceptable. Some people use hair dryers late at night,There is a door to the common area, so I didn't have to worry about it that much.It was a facility that I would like to use again!

It was quite clean for the price and I slept well. The clerk was also polite. There was a little space next to where I slept, so it felt spacious. The location is also very good, as it's right on the shopping street, so if you run out of something, you can buy or eat it right away.

Don’t stay here anytime when it’s hot in Osaka, they falsely advertise that they have air conditioning in bedrooms when they don’t, appalling.

I stayed in a dormitory, and I was really happy that there was a little space next to the bedding. It's quite beautiful, and having a bath is the best part. The staff were all polite and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all.The location is a bit of a walk from the station, but I liked that it was right next to the Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street. There's also a convenience store nearby, so it's convenient.I will use this place again when I stay in Osaka!
