Best room service, owners and hospitality. This is the anniversary of the current female owner taking over, so there is no doubt that this guest house can be expected to continue to prosper in the future. It's easy to access sightseeing spots in Osaka and it's easy to plan your itinerary, so I'll be staying here again!

Avoid this place!!! The room smells strongly of cigarette smoke and the owner disagreed to refund the full amount of money after this was made apparent. I had to rush to the nearby train station before it closed and book another hotel which was more expensive, this is not how I wanted to spend my stay in Osaka. The owner seemed very friendly at first but if you book a non-smoking room and it smells strongly like cigarette smoke (which another guest also agreed with), you have to deal with the issue. But instead the owner fights tooth and nail not to issue a full refund and disputed the claims. The kitchen was also quite dirty but that's a minor detail. Avoid this place at all costs.

We arrived from Kyoto on the morning of 9/17. You can store your luggage before check-in time. The receptionist (male) is very friendly, handsome, cute, and patient. Although he doesn't understand the language, he still uses English and translation software to communicate hard. In the four-person room There are also two passengers from different countries. Sorry, I must have snored, and I'm really sorry for the noise caused by packing luggage. The guitar in the living room was gathering dust, and I seemed to hear it sobbing.Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I think this place is very suitable for 1. business people who are on short-term business trips and 2. backpackers who don’t have much luggage. If you can take the bus, this is really great. The biggest regret this time is that I didn’t go to the top floor. Take a break and hope to have another chance to visit again.

[My favorite "inn" in Osaka]It's clean, and the female owner is warm and kind. I use it every time I come to Osaka, and it's a really comfortable stay. The male helper is also very funny and has great communication skills and makes me laugh 😂Moreover, the rooftop is the best spot, and you can't resist spending time relaxing in a hammock in the morning and at night. It's a perfect place to smoke a cigarette, hang out your laundry, and enjoy the evening. Please try staying there when you come to Osaka!some stuff·washing machine·refrigerator·guitar・Shower room✕2・Toilet ✕2·rooftop・Smoking spot·kitchen·microwave oven·Toaster oven・Amenity set

I couldn't stay because I was double booked. After confirming my reservation for a private room, I received an email saying that I had been double booked.I had the option of staying in a dormitory (there may be other reservations) or canceling, but I replied that I was originally looking for a private room and had reserved a parking lot. In the end, we were offered a private dormitory. I was able to find another hotel on my own so I canceled. It took me a while to find and make reservations for the hotel and parking lot again, so I think it would have been better if the hotel had suggested a private dormitory from the beginning, or the hotel had contacted the customer center. .

Had the best time here. The host, Cherry, is the most amazing and welcoming person. She took us to have a Hanami under the Sakura trees and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. It's a small place so you get to make connections with the other people there. The beds were also the most comfy I've stayed at in Japan! You can use the kitchen and fridge. Shampoo and soap provided and towels are available. Extremely fast WiFi. Convenient location despite not being central.

I stayed for one night on January 11, 2023. A young friend started working as the owner, and this is an inn where you can really see his personality. We also held a tea party in the common space. You may also be able to inquire about using it for events. The size of the inn is not large, so it is especially recommended for people who want to socialize in a small group, travelers, and people who want to talk with people from overseas. I will stay again!
