I was impressed with the breakfast. This was my first time staying at a Marriott group hotel, and I was surprised at the high quality of the room.

The location is good and it's easy to play even at night. Even though I brought my children under elementary school age, the service was very good and I would like to make a reservation when I am in the area.Breakfast is popular and can get crowded around 8am, so we recommend going early.

I stayed there last year and was interested so I stayed there again. The main purpose is to shop at Sakae and stay at a hotel.I had high hopes that it would be like last year's development, but it seems that's not the case. I can't help but compare it to Nagoya Marriott because the location and price range are close. I agree with Mr. Haya◯ in the review. It doesn't feel good.Good points: It's a rich place, so it's easy to use to enjoy Sakae, it's clean, the lobby isn't too big, you can't see the elevator to the room at a glance, so you feel safe, the curtains in the room are automaticSubtle points: The staff's response is at a business hotel level, the breakfast restaurant is uncomfortable, the telephone response and customer service vary depending on the person, there are too many people who don't seem to like children.Generally not suitable for children. There are no people who talk to children like at the Ritz or Marriott. I love staying at hotels and go to many hotels, so I'm looking forward to my kids interacting with the staff, but here they don't respond even when my kids talk to them. I don't feel any warmth. There was no white rice for breakfast, only hitsumabushi, so what should the baby eat? It's a bit spicy for people who like to eat white rice.At the breakfast restaurant, the flow line is diagonal, with cold food at the entrance and warm food at the back of the restaurant, so people collide in the aisles between people coming into the restaurant, staff guiding them, customers going to eat, and customers returning. It was quite stressful. The staff were standing in a small space and talking, and I felt like there was no leeway. Since there are many foreigners, the tongs are not being returned, and the staff member who is responsible for returning them is muttering to himself right next to them. I haven't even seen the customer.Even though I requested the room to be moved away from the elevator, my room was right next to the elevator, and the ventilation fan in the bathroom was noisy at night, and the refrigerator was so noisy (it went into sleep mode) that I thought it was a business hotel.Overall, for the price, the staff and rooms are like a business hotel, so I don't think I'll go again. It's impossible when you can't feel the staff's goodness at all.Last time I thought it was a growth stage, but this time I thought it was at its max. It might be okay to relax alone or with a lover.
