Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The service is atrocious for a Japanese hotel. My dad who is 88 had a fall and needed to borrow the wheelchair and they flatly refused. The rule is that the wheelchair is only meant for the hotel premise. Oh well. No empathy equal extremely bad service to me.Secondly we had some free drink for staying the club floor. I had half a cup of tea. My mum and dad were serviced tea with no sugar or milk or spoons. I mean these are basics

An excellent hotel with a fantastic room, we paid a little extra to book a bigger room and it’s well worth while as you have SPACE. There was a chaise lounge and lots of storage drawers and hanging space for clothes.  …

Nikko Style Nagoya hotel is hands down the best place we stayed in on our two week holiday in Japan. The room was more like a suite, two comfortable double beds & a sofa with bathtub and great amenities. …

Nikko Style Nagoya more than lived up to our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The in-house restaurant and bar served fantastic food and drinks. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and very modern, even offering a nice view of the city. Would definitely recommend to others, and we will be back ourselves next time we visit Nagoya.

The hotel is about 10-15minute walk from the Nagoya Train Station. It is surrounded by several convenience stores. The room is super spacious compared to a lot of hotels in Tokyo. …
