Although the facility is a little old, it is a tenant of the station building next to Kariya Station, so it is very convenient to access by train, which is a plus point. Even though it is old, it has been well taken care of and there is nothing to worry about. There's nothing we can do about air conditioners that aren't individual.Kariya is home to a famous company, so it's a proper business hotel that seems to be frequented by business people. JR rapid trains also stop here, so it might be useful if you can't find a good place to stay in Nagoya.It is also convenient that there is a drug store on the first floor, and a Family Mart and Super Valor right in front. The downtown area near Kariya Station is on the opposite side of the station, but it's close and the hotel should be in a quiet area, so it's not a problem.A personal weak point of Meitetsu Inn is that the breakfast eggs at every restaurant I've used are scrambled. I prefer Japanese food in the morning, so I'd appreciate having an egg roll.

Too tiny rooms. Packed very close
Even small noise can be heard in other rooms. Sometimes people complaint of such noises and hotel staff asks us to be quiet.

This hotel is really bad, especially breakfast. The breakfast is the most horrible I ever eat. There are nothing. Only rice , curry and few side dish (mostly can food). It unacceptable.I traveled there and forgot the computer charging adapter, I went to lobby to borrow, it cost 300yen per day to borrow. Wtf, buy new one is cheaper, and other hotel offer for free.

Room is small and the walls are a little thin. May need a little more soundproofing since I can hear people shouting within their units. You can't beat the location though and the breakfast is good.

I stayed here for a trip.Directly connected to the station, access is very good!However, when I went to drop off my baggage before check-in (around 12 o'clock), the female front desk staff seemed to be languid and bothersome, so I was not pleasant.The staff in the evening were very courteous.The rooms are reasonable for the price.Cleaning was also thorough.I was just a little concerned about the smell of the pillow.After that, the air conditioner seems to be controlled all the time except for the rooms on the top floor, so the room was hot and difficult to spend time in. There is a window in the room, but since it is directly connected to the station, there is noise from the machines even at night. I can't sleep with the door open because I can hear some disturbing noises.

This was my first time using Meitetsu Inn.The building is a bit old but feels like it has been renovated.Quiet and comfortable,The location is 3 seconds 🚶♂️ from the hotel to the Meitetsu ticket gate.The view from the 12th floor was good✨Breakfast is sufficient for a business hotel.If you are coming by car 🚗,Meitetsu Kyosho Parking Kariya South Exit is next to the hotel.This is a discount of about 200 yen, which is 1,000 yen per night.

The front desk is next to the ticket gate, which is very convenient if you take the train. Check-in will be smoother if you have a history of staying at hotels in the same group.
