The hotel has bad service, the price doesn't match the application, when you check out you ask for an additional price, you can't get a refund, be careful if you order online, you might lose money and you can't get a refund

ROOMS ARE VERY NARROW, there is no more space, even for praying and opening suitcases it is narrow, the bathroom is like a bus toilet, the water is small, the hotel selector bangs on the door loudly in the middle of the night, the room was never cleaned during the 4 days we stayed, the bed sheets had lots of stains aka very dirty, BAD, DON'T STAY HERE

PRICE 300,000Most guests who order on the application have already paid and when they arrive at the location they are asked for additional items and whether they like it or not, the guest has to pay, because in the application the refund process takes 14 working days.Hopefully we will stop working with all applications, so that this inn can find its own guests.

Not recommended, prices are different from the Traveloka application. The owner unilaterally raised the price, the bathroom is like a bus toilet. Anyway, disappointing...

Unprofessional management, from far away from North Sumatra ordered via Traveloka 5 rooms for Rp. 220 thousand/room and already paid, when we arrived at the accommodation we were not accepted with the reason that we had to add an extra bed because children over 5 years old had to pay, the manager's reason was because the price paid by Traveloka to the hotel did not match the price, in the end they agreed to use 2 rooms with extra beds, eh, recently only 4 rooms were said to be available😞, because we were not willing to accept because we ordered 5 rooms, instead we were given 4, in the end we were refused check-in on the grounds that we ordered it on the Traveloka application, not the hotel directly, so they didn't want to take responsibility. Finally we moved to another hotel and called Traveloka CS to ask for a refund. But, even though it was returned, the tiredness and annoyance were not removed by the unprofessional management.

For Zazadior Residence managers, it's best to close first until you're ready to manage the accommodation. It's good to clean up, because I have too much criticism for your accommodation.When I arrived there was no receptionist on site, when I arrived the clothes were also unprofessional. Even though it's just a guesthouse, it's not a house either. Other people also came wearing undershirts and shorts. Even the traders in the market are still neater in their clothes.Not to mention that we had just entered and we were told to have an extra bed, what does that mean suddenly we were told to have an extra bed even though we didn't ask for it.The room is narrow, the bathroom is cramped, the lock is broken, I don't know if the bedsheets have been replaced or not but the shape is really not suitable for guests who have just entered.It's really like an inn that is not maintained and managed haphazardly.With the price of 300 thousand charged to us, it really isn't worth it. It's really unfortunate that you chose the wrong accommodation.

No recommendation for payments from the OYO or REDDOORZ applicationsIn my experience, I paid from the application for booking 2 standard rooms, the price was around 160 thousand/room, when I wanted to check in, the inn owner seemed to object to the price given in the application, so I had to look for another accommodation, because the owner was not willing to provide a room at that price. which I have paid for in the applicationBookings cannot be canceled from the application or website, so I submitted a complaint via emailFinally the money could be refunded via CS via email even though the refund was not 100â„… and there was a deduction in funds for the inn owner even though I didn't enjoy the serviceNot recommended for booking from the OYO or REDDOORZ applications

Because all the hotels in Padang were full, we were trapped here in this hotel.After we tried it, it is not recommended for the mentally weak to stay at this hotel because it seems like the management or owner of this hotel does not have good hospitality service skills. The room is not soundproof, the slightest noise can be heard into the room, the room key is not hotel standard, it is easily accessible from the outside, for example if something goes wrong the room can just open from the outside.The facilities here also have narrow rooms, there isn't even the slightest gap to be able to pray in the room. There are no toilets, only gallons of mineral water, the lights are sometimes dim, sometimes bright, the tap water is so small that the shower can't flow and the toilet tube inlet is damaged so filling the tube takes a very long time.However, despite its shortcomings, this hotel is very concerned with the cleanliness of the interior and surrounding environment, there are no unpleasant odors in the rooms, the TV and AC can be turned on.

the owner is not friendly, asks for early check in about 30 minutes in advance and is asked to pay an additional fee. The rooms are also not proper, lots of biting red ants, no toilets, no mineral water provided, the rooms have lots of mosquitoes and only have plywood walls. Room sizes are different, there are rooms that are too small and some that are too big, which are not suitable. the AC takes a long time to cool. The toilet looks neglected

Bad. The service is not good. When my parents came, they shouted at me... they said they were rude. Even though I've booked for 3 days but they say there are no bookings... I've given up... no more... I'll just close the hotel if the service can't be friendly and polite.
