We booked a room for three, comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The next day, the staff offered us a larger room with private bathroom at the same price, which we gladly accepted.After our two nights in the hotel, we wanted to go to Java Island by bus, so we asked the staff about the timetable. The bus leaves at 9.30am and they advised us to arrive a few minutes before departure to buy tickets, so there was no need to plan ahead. On the morning of our departure, the staff were not at all responsive, and we waited 35 minutes for our breakfast (for a fried egg and two slices of toast each), which made us particularly late. Indeed, we wanted to arrive a little early to make sure we bought our tickets on time.Unfortunately, when we arrived at the bus station, all the buses to Jakarta were full for the next two days. We had to change our plans at the last minute, which cost us extra.We just wish we'd been better informed about bus availability and that our early-morning emergency had been taken into account.Thank you all the same for your welcome and we hope that future travellers will be properly informed :)

All the staff here are literally the sweetest humans ever. They are so attentive and kind and are really welcoming. The lodge is cleaned multiple times a day, is very quiet, and the beds and pillows are very comfy. The lodge has a pool, big comfy couches in the rec room, and a pool table too. We have already extended our stay here!

There is work in Padang, back and forth looking for hotels with budgets starting from 250-600k.After my 3rd time moving hotel to hotel, finally by google I found this hotel.When I first entered, I only intended to have a show room but I was greeted super warmly by the staff, well explained about all the rooms.When you enter OMG super CLEAN, SMELL GOOD and GOOD SERVICES.I even went around hotel to hotel and lost to this Bintan 4 lodge.Finally I decided to stay more than 5 days here.It turned out that the hotel was full of western guests, whether surfers or holiday reasons.The service staff is really 5 stars, friendly, helpful, always smiling and can't say anything else, basically 5 stars service.It turns out that the manager, Farah, is my friend's sister 😅 small world.... (still owed breakfast at 7am) 🤣.If you want aaffordable prices wwth 5 stars, you have to come here...If you go to Padang, you must stay hereThanks all the best team, the manager must maintain his staff❤Adios!Ratih

This place was so good. We were in a spot with flights and the staff went with us to the lion office without charging us, and sorted all our issues. No complaints, rooms were nice and bathrooms too with hot showers. 100% recommend, and thanks to the staff !

Friendly staff, we get free laundry, free coffee and tea, they also volunteer to take us to where we need, this place is stunning, I stayed 2 nights, with family, clean room, towels changed every day, very good price affordable, everything was perfect.

I love it! The place is clean, homely. When I don't know any place to going to, I asking the staff and they gladly help me even quickly offer to bring me there with a car. Really friendly and nice service. Their room is comfortable. Feels like home. And free internet too. The staff also nice to talking with.The owners are both guys. Really friendly good people. The manager and the staff, thumbs up!! Keep it up. I hope you all always healthy and success so we could met another time. Thank you for the hard work! I will be sure to comeback! 😘

Really recommended place for any tourist who visit Padang!The manager is a local person who is really nice and friendly. Their staff friendly and ready to help anything you need. Good drinks with affordable price. There is swimming pool too, don't miss it! Probably the only one homestay at Padang with cheap price comes with Swimming Pool.

My friend wanted to stay here, but his pitbull dog was released without supervision, I almost got bitten, but the homestay management laughed at me when the dog wanted to chase and bite me, instead of catching the dog for safekeeping, the guests were laughed at, there was no word of apology at all from the staff and manager!! what kind of service is this bad service bad attitude its a not recommended "This real accident no action from resort.The foreigner, the manager/owner, Jason, was angry for no reason even though my friend was the victim, and his female wife didn't explain what really happened. It's impossible for new guests to come and be angry for no reason, the reason my friend was angry was because he was being chased by his pitbull dog but they laughed without warning. helpful and no words of apology lightened their mood in the slightest. Bad Services NOT RECOMMENDED!!

The perfect place to stay on a Padang stopover. Fara and the team are so friendly and helpful. They will go out of there way to assist with transport, food, laundry and anything you need.The rooms are exceptionally clean and the most comfortable bed and linen I have slept on in Indonesia.Could not rate any higher!
