When I stayed at this time last year, everything was so luxurious for this price! ? That's the level I was at, so I revisited it.However, no matter how cheap it was, it was still at that level.The amount of dinner is small. Last year, I was so full that I gave up on the night naki soba. This year, the quantities are ``appetizers (2 bean plates),'' ``sashimi (7 pieces of 4 types),'' ``fish (one bite),'' ``fried food (1 fried shrimp size for children),'' ``ceramic plate (3 pieces of meat),'' and ``meal. ``Dessert (pudding only).''I had a second helping of rice and ate some soba noodles and managed to get full.Moreover, even though the menu says ``today's recommended fresh fish,'' it's tuna and scallops. Dessert is like a regular panna cotta even though there are water sweets. I wish there were more facts in the menu.As for customer service, I think everyone is doing their best despite the lack of manpower, and I don't have high expectations just because it's cheap. Most of the staff will greet you promptly with a smile. I feel good when I see the work of a woman like the dinner leader. On the other hand, the male staff member who served the dessert was throwing it at me. They don't even look at each other, let alone what they're cooking. It's not even a dessert. I wanted to ask if you were angry about something.For breakfast, the seat I was shown to looked clean, but I immediately noticed that the table had not been wiped down.The room was clean, spacious and very nice. The quality of the spring water in the bath was also good and my skin became smooth! The breakfast buffet and honey ginger were both very delicious!Accommodation costs are cheap, so I'm not looking for that much. However, I would like you to clear the minimum level that must be met.

It was my first time staying here, and the hot springs were really nice ♨️ The slippery water made my skin smooth 😊I suddenly had a free schedule, so I made a reservation on a whim, and the cost performance was also very good. It was originally a Kanpo inn. The room was also very clean! We will use you again.Thank you for your help 😌

Perhaps because it is a former Kanpo inn, the rooms are spacious and the views are nice.The reception, food staff, and staff were very responsive.The view from the bath is especially good.

Used as accommodation for this trip.The road to the hotel is a bit narrow.There is an amusement park and aquarium nearby, so many families with children use it.Dinner is kaiseki and breakfast is buffet.Both were delicious.The bath is a large public bath. The water has a slimy quality and seems to be good for your skin.The construction of the hotel feels like it was renovated from an old one.The staff were very responsive and didn't make me feel that way.

The hot spring water was smooth and comfortable, but the staff's response was unpleasant and not good.Especially at breakfast and dinner, the young male and female staff were unfriendly and unsmiling. I went to a hot spring inn and was surprised because it was my first experience. This is not an accommodation that I can recommend. The whole trip made me feel sick.

Although the building is quite old and has been renovated, the screen door is torn and shows its age. Food is low in quality and quantity. However, the price is about 60-70% of other hotels, so there is no problem with customer service, so I think it is a good hotel for those who are cost-conscious. The Kamenoi Hotels in Ako and Hikone were more luxurious, but they were also reasonably priced. (Still cheaper than other hotels) Overall, Kamenoi Hotel feels more value for money than other hotels.

I used it at the end of August.I was glad that my toddler's dinner was a buffet. However, I thought it was terrible that the upper grades of elementary school students had the same buffet for dinner as infants. If anything, it would be nice if they provided food that was suitable for adults (because it's 70% of the adult price).

The children's buffet was good.Children can choose what they like and eat it.Because it's a buffet catch accompanied by a parent.Except that the attendant cannot eat slowly.I feel like it's perfect💯.I could see airplanes ✈️I could see the sunset 🌇I enjoyed the scenery♪There is quite a parking lot 🤭I have an appointment for a bath time, but please take it.I was able to get some rest.Although the selection of shops is compact,with good tasteReasonably pricedThere is also a rental service for children's toys.I could also eat dandan noodles at night.There's also a vending machine inside the building.I think it was good overall.I wish I could go again

I used a pet-friendly room for Obon, and there was no pet odor and I was able to spend a comfortable time with my dog. In the evening, we could see a beautiful sunset on the beach in front of us. The quantity and quality of the food was also good. The only thing I would like to see improved is the air conditioner in the room. The temperature cannot be adjusted and it is noisy. Other than that, I am satisfied with the hot springs, food, and staff service.

It's been a long time since I've stayed here. This time I took the Meitetsu train to Chita Okuda, took the shuttle bus from there, and enjoyed the bath slowly. I was very satisfied with the dinner, both in terms of quality and quality. Also, the staff in each department were kind and pleasant. This is an inn I'd like to stay at again.

I visited there during summer vacation around 2017 when I was an elementary school student. I think it was called Kanpo no Yado at that time. At that time, I was able to get free hand-held fireworks from the staff and use them in the parking lot outside. Now that I think about it, I thought it was an amazing service and wrote a review. Thank you very much for that time!

I was satisfied with the room and the location was nice.When I was having ramen for a midnight snack, I pressed the call bell.I heard a voice from inside the kitchen telling me it was over.I could hear the staff saying they were out of soup.Last order at 22:30Enter the store at 22:00,Did you really want to go home soon?I hate comparing customers to gods.What do you think people are?Is that the content of your service as a hotelier?I'm very disappointed

I've been using it since the Japan Post era. I like it overall and use it often. However, I don't know if it's a part-time job in terms of meal service, but they are not able to do the basic things like bringing the glass to the table, positioning the rice and soup, and timing when serving the food. Also, the breakfast was a buffet, but there were some items that were missing, so I told them they wouldn't replenish them. There were also some dissatisfaction with the handling of personal information, and an overall decline in service was seen. disappointing

This is the first time I've eaten Tandan noodles at Kamenoi Hotel. Even though the noodles are thin, make sure you boil them properly. It was powdery and not edible. Treat yourself to a bite.

It's close to Minamichita Beach Land, so it might be a good idea to include it in your travel plans. Conveniently, there is a water server and ice machine on each floor. There is no problem with drinking water. Other than that, I didn't feel anything that was particularly bad.
