The room is clean and somewhat spacious.I stayed here without meals, but there was a large refrigerator in the room and a microwave in the hallway, so I think it's a comfortable environment for those who want to bring their own food.It comes with a hot spring.Access from the road is a little difficult to understand.

I stayed here to clean up my parents' house. In the past, when I returned home, I didn't have time to go to the hot springs, and I felt bad about returning to Kagoshima, so this time I was able to heal the fatigue of the day at the hot springs, which was very good for me mentally.[Appearance] I was surprised at how clean it was.At the time of my stay, the photos on the website had not been replaced yet, so it was a happy miscalculation. When my parents were still in good health, I used them just for bathing, but it was a waste to exclude them based on the appearance when choosing a hotel.[Customer service] I am satisfied. In particular, the woman who helped us at night was so thoughtful that when two people were using the lockers, she would unlock only one changing room locker rather than one next to the other. It's amazing. We ended up sitting next to each other when taking a morning bath, but I have no complaints about the customer service itself.[Room] It's clean. As a hotel, I thought that the door was a little unreliable, which might cause anxiety for other guests. There were three electrical outlets around the TV and one next to the bathroom, and although there was an extension cord, I wanted it to be next to the pillow if possible...Considering how it became a hotel (I heard that the rooms were originally built to accommodate workers) and the price, it's enough.[Amenities, etc.]Toothbrush, single-dose pouch of body soap, conditioner-in shampooThere are tea bags and a kettle, but do you drink from a paper cup placed like a toothbrushing cup? Somehow I ended up leaving it untouched. The nightwear provided was a ready-to-wear type, and we didn't feel comfortable going through the front desk wearing it, so we decided to bring our own toiletries and nightwear.[Hot spring] There is no lukewarm bathtub.Kinsen was 43 degrees Celsius and Ginsen was 41 degrees Celsius, and Kinsen reached its limit after being in a footbath for several minutes.Ginsen is also hot, so although I went back and forth to the cold bath, I didn't feel tired the next day, probably because I soaked in it slowly.Even though I used a lot of physical strength during the day, I felt the most physically and mentally comfortable I've ever felt.[Others]・There is no problem, but the room number written on the key or in the hallway is different from the room number written next to the elevator or inside the room (lol)I was very confused at first. It seems that all 1's in the second digit were changed to 0.・I don't know about the rest, but when I stayed on the 3rd floor, there was a smoking area at the end of the hallway. This is helpful as hotels these days only have it on the front floor.・After 2 a.m., I heard an alarm many times, probably from other rooms, and there was no soundproofing. This may be a problem when there are many guests staying.・From around 8 a.m., the fire engine's sirens continued to sound as the fire department next door appeared to be conducting an inspection. Well, there is no problem with time.

I used the capsule for one night. The customer service of the female employee who answered the phone and handled the reservations was very good.Although the hot springs are not open-air, I think they are adequate considering the price. However, the capsule was no good. There was no power outlet in the room. I was surprised that such an old-fashioned capsule was still in use. Not having an outlet is too difficult in today's world. There is an extension cord in the common area, but I couldn't use it because the contact was poor and there was a risk of theft if left unattended. There was information on the website that the TV was out of order and could not be used, but I wish they had mentioned first that there was no outlet. Broken TVs are also left broken, collecting dust. Also, the entrance door to the capsule room was made of heavy iron and had an automatic lock system, so it was noisy with the clanging of keys and the sound of the door opening and closing every time someone entered.I felt a little regretful that I should have stayed at a booth at an internet cafe.
