The hotel is located in the downtown area, very convenient for shoppingFree breakfast is provided in the morningThe only flaw is that the cleaning was not accurate. After staying for seven days, it was said that it would be cleaned twice. However, on the fourth night, the sheets were not cleaned and replaced. Only after calling the front desk did they say they would replace the sheets for us on the fifth day.In addition, when I asked for disposable slippers, the service staff said they didn't have them anymore. After a few minutes, my friend who was traveling with me asked another service person to get them.

Breakfast is served in the morning, and complimentary drinks and snacks are provided in the afternoon and evening.Since I am a member, I booked a 4-night, 5-day trip from October 2nd to October 6th through the official website.Upgrade to a limited time cooperation room without materialsEverything was perfect until the last housekeeping.I saw housekeeping not following SOPs at all.1. Pull out the original comforter, fold it in half and place it on the bed2. The absorbent foot towel in the bathroom was not hung where it should have been hung on the bathroom door bar. After searching for a long time, I found it at the bottom of the towel basket.There were towels and body towels on the floor together, which didn't make me feel very good at the moment.3. Although it could not be helped due to the flight delay, there was only free drinks available when we arrived.If it's advertised as an all-you-can-eat sweets plan, I want you to be able to eat it at least on the same day.If you don't want to have it, don't make it a plan, and there will be sweets available for a limited time.The space where it was kept was small, and one group was occupying it all the time, so I couldn't use it.In any case, if I couldn't eat as planned, I would have regretted staying in the more convenient Namba instead of the inconvenient Shinsaibashi.Also, when I turned on the air conditioner in the room, it smelled bad. The dirty filter is completely visible through the gap between the louvers.It's nice that the bath and toilet are separate, but the only place to put your clothes, etc. is above the toilet bowl. I wish they would have at least provided a changing basket.I ate breakfast in my room as the venue only accommodates about 8 people, but the table was too small to use.There is no sink or even a place to hang a towel. Anyway, it's extremely narrow.The robot phone is broken, and the voice of the dinosaur robot at the reception desk is so low that I can't hear it.No repeat.

It's convenient because it's close to the station, you can leave your luggage there, the breakfast was delicious, and the check-out time was 11:00, so I was very satisfied! I would like to use it again.

For the price it's really nothing to write home about. It's a bog standard hotel with animatronic staff that don't work very well (to be fair, they've been extinct for millions of years so I'll let the dinosaurs off). Breakfast is pretty average.It's a hotel with a bed in a decent location.

Even though I didn't know where he was and it was late at night, he went out of his way to pick me up, which was really helpful.I have used Henn na Hotels in Sendai and Tokyo, but I was impressed by the kindness of the employees at the Shinsaibashi store!I'm glad my first trip to Osaka was at a good hotel.

This was my second stay at Henn na Hotel, and my first stay at Shinsaibashi.There are plenty of amenities, and I was able to spend 2 nights and 3 days here without any inconvenience.On the main topic, there are two reasons why I gave this service 3 stars.I felt that toothpaste was not enough for my stay for 2 nights and 3 days.For someone like me who brushes my teeth morning, noon, and night, it was honestly tough for me to use that small bottle of toothpaste for three days (seven times in total) and only use a small amount of toothpaste each time. It was like polishing with water. No, I was polishing it with water.If possible, I think if you could write that you can get toothpaste by contacting the front desk, etc., I would be able to ask for it without hesitation.Next, let's talk about using the lounge for breakfast.The rice balls, bread, and yogurt were very delicious, but I thought the attitude of the staff was a little off.First, I went to get some rice balls at the breakfast lounge, but the staff wasn't there, and I couldn't even give them the room number receipt I was supposed to give them. Just when I was about to give up, the staff came out.I was offended by the way they loudly pointed out, "Please give me your room number," without saying a word, regardless of the presence of other guests. It was a female staff member with a slim build, estimated to be between 40 and 50 years old.I think they were able to take care of things by checking the surveillance cameras and having staff always present at the breakfast lounge.It may be difficult due to personnel costs, but could you please do it without the razor in the amenities?Other than that, I really like it, and the staff's greetings when I contacted them about something I wanted to borrow or when I passed by them were very nice, and I would like to use them again.

I was told that I could eat meals from the front desk during the morning service. So I went to the front desk, but there was no staff there, only customers. It's also a feature of the hotel, but I thought it couldn't be helped because there were only dinosaurs at the reception, but when I was choosing a meal, I thought I'd call out to the staff if I saw them again, but suddenly..."customer! ! ! customer! ! ! You didn't tell me your room number! ? ' he shouted in the presence of other customers. It was extremely uncomfortable and even though it was a great trip, I felt immediately depressed. The girlfriend I was staying with was also really upset about this.Even though I had intended to convey what I was supposed to say before choosing the meal, I was told in a way that made it seem as if I had acted on my own without my permission and was 100% at fault. I'm a 4.50 year old woman with a small body weight.If the staff were always there, this wouldn't have happened and I wouldn't have felt so uncomfortable.I will never use it again.I feel like my trip was ruined thanks to that old lady.

It wasn't as strange a hotel as I had imagined.I was worried about security as there was no one at the front desk. The room was quite small and the refrigerator was broken so it didn't get cold at all. The only things I was satisfied with were the location and breakfast. I stayed at the hotel thinking it was cheap, but when I returned home I didn't think it was cheap at all.

A month ago, there was someone with the same review that made me think, ``Is that just me?'' and I regret that I even looked here.Stayed for 1 night.In the bathroom, there was black mold in the corner of the bathtub. Wouldn't it be faster to start over with caulking instead of mold staining, which is stained all the way to the rubber part? The more I think.The floor is red mold all over.I didn't even touch the bath chair because it felt disgusting.Because of this, the slippers in the room inevitably have a tag on them that says ``sterilized,'' but I don't trust them. It may not be eco-friendly, but it would have been better if they had made it disposable.I felt like I wouldn't be able to sleep if I looked at a lot of things, so I tried not to look behind the TV, in the desk drawer, or near the window sash.The toilet and bath were separate, but for some reason the sink was next to the TV in the room.The only saving grace is breakfast.The rice balls were in individual packs, and the bread was also individually wrapped. The taste wasn't too bad, and the breakfast staff (separate from the hotel staff) were right in front of me, so I got the impression that the guests from the continent who were making a mess were calm.It might be okay if it's this far from Dotonbori and at this price, but it doesn't feel clean at all, so I won't go again.Also, it's a ``strange hotel,'' but unlike Tokyo, there was only a dinosaur at the front desk, and there was nothing inside.

子供の頃からずっと夢見た恐竜との出会い ♡I loved checking in with the dinosaurs, these animaltronics speak different languages and have incredible motion, I wanted to stay here to give a gift to my partner, a lover of these incredible prehistoric animals, and seeing him become a child again filled my heart with happiness.At the entrance you will also find some nice robots who will sing and communicate with you, every hour they put on a little show in their display case and it's really nice to see!There is also always a small buffet available at the entrance where you can have a wide choice of drinks (even alcoholic drinks in the evening, fantastic!) and a few things to nibble on, while for breakfast a lady prepares delicious onigiri for you on the spot.Furthermore, the hotel is in a super optimal position as it is a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi-Suji, an extremely well-known area full of shops and restaurants. If you follow it all the way you get directly to Dōtonbori with the fantastic Glico!The room was spotless and fragrant, we even had an LG wardrobe that ironed your clothes!Huge beds and a really spacious room by Japanese standards, with a large shower separate from the toilet.We will definitely return as it was a truly unforgettable experience.
