The bed and bathtub were large and the room was clean, so it was generally nice, but the air conditioner and air purifier were so full of dust that I was scared and couldn't use them.

I stayed here for 2 nights during a 3-day weekend.Considering the location and facilities, it was very reasonable and helpful. The people at the front desk were also kind and helpful. On the other hand, the facilities and location are not good, and although the building is clean, the cleaning is sloppy. There was a lot of dust on the bed frame, and I could tell it hadn't been wiped down for a while. I think it will be clean just by wiping it once with a rag...Air conditioner filters also have a lot of dust attached to them. The water area wasn't too dirty, but I had a very negative impression of using duct tape as a first aid measure. Also, the drainage was very poor and the hot water in the bathtub never ran out. All the hair is the type that flows out, and the room is only cleaned after check-out, so I think it's probably clogged. As for the location, it's convenient because it's close to the station and there's a convenience store, but it's in a red-light district so it's unsafe. There's a lot of littering, I've seen multiple people picking up girls, and even though smoking is prohibited on the streets, there are a lot of people smoking without paying attention.Going out at night alone is not recommended for women.Overall, I think that although the location is acceptable, there is room for improvement in the facilities and cleaning. However, since it's cheap, I think it's something like this.I would be worried if asked if I would use it again...

The response from the front desk was good.I am satisfied with the facilities, size, and amenities of the room. The location is in an entertainment district, so women walking alone at night are not allowed.I cannot recommend it.I stay at business hotels all over the country. This is my first time posting a review. The room is too dusty.Under the chair was a half-drinked plastic bottle from the previous guest. The futon is damp and heavy. The most disappointing thing is that I forgot my earphones in the room, but the call results were as expected. The answer was "No."I'm sure you've often been criticized for cleaning. However, it has not been improved, so it is probably outsourced.Even if the contractor wants to improve it, it will be difficult to do so.Also, there was trash from the previous guest under the chair, so if your earphones had fallen somewhere in the shadows, you might not notice because they weren't cleaned that much during cleaning.Again, the response from the front desk isIt was good.As for the forgotten item, it was my own mistake. If they say no, I will give up.Although the tuition fee is high.

It's a great value for the price, and the front desk staff is great. I go to many luxury hotels, but they are always disappointing. Our guests want to feel comfortable during their stay.

Booked a 2 night stay here in Nagoya for a quick “pit stop” for my wife and I. Initially I was attracted by the low prices. We got our room assignment, and when we walked in, it smelled really dusty and musty in the room. There was dust still piled up on the headboard and the small couch seats. When I went to wipe everything down with some wipes I had, I found several mini dust mites everywhere: on the desk, bedframe, and the walls. My wife and I are allergic also, so we went down to the receptionists to request a refund. The lady at the desk gave me a telephone number to call for customer service. It was a Japanese number though, so I asked to borrow their phone to call the number. I spoke with a lady who spoke English, but she kept asking me for a 14-digit itinerary number. The confirmation email I had received months ago (through Chase Travel) only had a 9-digit confirmation number. The hotel staff also only that same number. Neither one of us had the 14-digit number, so the lady on the phone could not check our reservation details.Since there was nothing else to do, the lady told me she would call herself later and speak with Japanese-speaking staff. I gave her my email so she could contact me about the results, since I don’t have a Japanese number.I appreciate the help that the staff gave to try and aid us in our situation. We are still currently waiting to hear back from them on the results.All-in-all: friendly and understanding staff, but poor room quality and customer service phone line.UPDATED: Smile Hotel staff has emailed me promptly and has processed our refund. Thank you for helping us out!

The response from the front desk was very good,Anyway, even though I used deodorant spray, it still smelled and made me feel sick. There was so much dust that I couldn't imagine it being clean.
