The accommodation facility takes full advantage of the characteristics of a former nursing home. The facility is barrier-free.【staff】The reception, customer service, and personality of the manager and other staff were good. It's like a guesthouse without being overly concerned or concerned.[Access/Transportation]Prioritize notifications about access and transportation information before rooms, meals, and bathrooms. The 30 meters from National Route 269 in front of the accommodation to the accommodation is a steep slope, so if you are in a wheelchair, you will need to take a private or nursing taxi to the entrance of the accommodation to get to the accommodation. If you are traveling by train, it is convenient to take a taxi or bus from Ibusuki Station. About 12 minutes by bus from Ibusuki Station. There is a Kagoshima Kotsu bus stop on National Route 269 in front of the accommodation. Bus stop name: "Phoenix Hotel Mae (formerly Goninban)"If you are using the ferry, please do some research in advance.[Inside the accommodation facility]The hallway is wide enough for wheelchairs to move around. There are handrails on both walls. The elevator is deep enough to accommodate a stretcher.【bath】The bath on the first floor was a hot spring that could be accessed at any time except during cleaning times. (Please inquire for cleaning hours)There is an open-air bath. There is a wheelchair for bathing in the bath. However, it is not a mechanical bath, so assistance is required. There is a family bath on each floor. (Reservation required)After taking a hot spring bath, your skin will feel smooth. The water didn't get cold. (Personal impressions)【lobby】There is a sofa where you can sit comfortably, and you can doze off to the soothing sound of water trickling into the aquarium. There is a beverage vending machine next to it, and the sound of products dropping when you purchase them and the sound of the gachacon when you take them out interrupts your drowsiness.Free regular coffee brewed with a coffee maker. It's not sour and I like it. The brewed coffee is not heated in a decanter, but is kept warm in the pot, so it doesn't boil over. There is a water purifier, and you can choose between room temperature water, cold water, and hot water. Tea bags and plum tea are provided.Fill an empty plastic bottle with cold water from the water purifier and go out. When you get back, replenish your supplies and go to your room. It saves my water bill.I put the hot water in my own bottle and brew the Chiran tea provided in the room. delicious.[Room type, facilities]Each room type is different. In the room I stayed in, the toilet had a large swinging door that could accommodate a wheelchair. Warm water toilet seat. There is a wall handrail. There is a small washroom.Although the room did not have a shower, there are some rooms with showers. The bed is a nursing care bed and reclines. I can't sleep on my back, so being able to sleep on an incline was great. It's also nice because you can sleep while watching TV.The TV was 24 inches big enough to watch the news. The refrigerator is compact, but it holds four 2-liter plastic bottles horizontally. The door pockets can also fit a 500ml plastic bottle and canned coffee. sufficient. There are also double rooms, and it seems that there are differences in the size of the TV and refrigerator depending on the room type. There is an electric kettle in the room, but I do not use the kettles in the rooms at all facilities.I heard from reviews of other accommodations that they cooked in a kettle and sterilized socks by boiling. It is best to use hot water from the water purifier in the lobby on the first floor. The closet is spacious. You can also store your luggage.Amenities include toothbrush, bath towel, and face towel. No yukata. No simple slippers. *Fluffy slippers to wear in the room and in the building are required.【meal】Home-cooked local menus using local ingredients.Local production for local consumption is the basis. Susumu-kun is a home-cooked dish like chicken food, black pork, and pork miso with rice.As long as you have delicious side dishes, you, the Demon King, will advance further and further. Exceptional! If you're lucky, Murao will be there too. You might be able to visit Mori Izo once or twice a year. The curry rice was available in medium spicy and sweet flavors. Don't underestimate curry. The taste of the curry on the label is different from the curry you get at curry specialty stores. Both the medium spicy and sweet flavors were delicious. (Personal taste impressions)For breakfast, I am energized by the leftover curry from dinner.【others】There are 3 massage chairs in the dining room. free. It's up to you whether you want to have a massage and then take a bath, or take a bath and then have a massage.I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days, but the room service required me to make my bed other than changing towels and toothbrushes. It wasn't necessary. We bought souvenirs at the shop at the Phoenix Hotel next door. There is a wide selection of souvenirs, but they are quite expensive.I later learned that for specialty products and other souvenirs, I recommend the Super Center Nishishita, which is about a 3-minute drive from the accommodation. There is no shop at the accommodation, so we recommend purchasing cup noodles, sweets, and drinks at the Super Center Nishita, nearby convenience stores, and Cosmos. You can fish within a 7-8 minute walk. You can cast and float fishing. If you like sea fishing, please come.If I knew my surroundings, I would have brought my rod.

I visited here for a long stay on a business trip.Reusing nursing facilities? It's a business hotel, so barrier-free is good. The difference in success rate for each room is noticeable❗Refrigerator sizes varyA room with two bedsRoom with 2 tatami spaceTV sizes vary in each room. The room is large and comfortable. The toilet is inside the room☝️Each floor has a bath unique to a nursing facility ☝️There are 4 showers on the first floor☝️Free-flowing bathing available 24 hours a day, unique to hot spring areas ☝️The indoor bath can accommodate about 4 people, and the outdoor bath can accommodate about 7 people. They offer delicious food for breakfast and dinner at reasonable prices. However, the cleaning related to the room is so poor that it is the worst.I haven't even made my bed...The equipment-related kettle is also at a level where I don't feel like using it (to the level where I want to throw it away)It's good for business or sports-related groups, but I don't think it's suitable for sightseeing.Indoor space (5 ratings) ⭐ / 4.0Cleaning level (5 ratings) ⭐ / 1.0Cooking level (5 ratings) ⭐ / 2.5

Although it is stated on the reservation site that it is being renovated,It remains a completely welfare facility.I guess they just replaced the posters with touristy ones.Residents' last names were hidden with tape on the changing baskets in the hot spring changing room.It was almost a trial experience. However, the rice is delicious.
