The owner and his wife are very nice people, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nice, making it very easy to spend time there. The view from the garden in front of us was pleasant, and the view of the mountains on the other side was spectacular. They recommended an underwater hot spring, and even though I didn't have any clothing, they lent them to me for the number of people, and I was really impressed. The homemade breakfast with freshly baked bread and Yakushima fruits was absolutely delicious, and after staying here, I fell in love with Yakushima! I definitely want to visit again♪

One of the nicest AirBnBs we have ever stayed at. Miki and Shinji have such a great eye for detail and quality – everything was just perfect. We loved the breakfast with local fruits (kaki, guava, banana!), regional products and homemade bread, the wooden interior of the house, and the quiet and peace of the area. We got many recommendations for touring the area, such as the banyan tree, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Yakushima is a magical island, and this Airbnb was just as special. We would love to come back some day. Thank you so much, ありがとうございまし!

The rooms overlooking the sea are stylish and extremely comfortable. The breakfast of freshly baked bread, freshly laid eggs, and fresh fruit was also very satisfying.Although it's inconvenient if you don't have a car, there are hot springs and cafes nearby where locals gather, so you can spend a relaxing time blending into island life. There is also an open yoga studio attached, so I would like to take a yoga class next time!

I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. The furniture in the room, the books in the living room, the breakfast with freshly baked bread, everything was amazing. Also, the two owners were very kind and I was able to spend a very relaxing time there. Even on days when I was climbing early in the morning, he ordered me a boxed lunch, and I was able to summit Mt. Miyanoura, which was my goal. Also, when it became difficult to return home due to a malfunction on the ferry, they consulted with us and allowed us to enjoy an extra day's stay with peace of mind.It was a wonderful inn that made me want to come to Yakushima to stay here.

I first learned about hotels through a magazine called SAUNTER Magazine. It's a very stylish magazine, and since the owner of the hotel and the publisher are the same, I was really looking forward to asking what kind of accommodation it was.The room is well-equipped with good interiors and accessories, and every corner is thoroughly cleaned, making it a very comfortable and satisfying room. With this quality, the accommodation fee is very reasonable.I went to Yakushima for mountain climbing.I was able to choose my breakfast time, and on days when I had to leave early, I was able to change my breakfast to a boxed lunch. If I asked in advance, I could order a bento for mountain climbing, pick it up at the hotel, and leave, which was very helpful.Breakfast includes fruits unique to the island, and freshly baked bread is always prepared according to the time.I secretly looked forward to spending time talking with the wife who prepares breakfast every morning and being able to tell me about recommended restaurants and spots based on the day's activities. The lounge was surrounded by bookshelves, and there were many interesting things to see, so I wanted to spend some time here, so I returned to the hotel early and had a relaxing time.⁡During my stay, the owner happened to be there and I was able to hear a lot of interesting stories about the island, books, and more. The hotel was also very good. The trip was even better because I was able to stay at a hotel with both of them. When you go to Yakushima, be sure to stay at this hotel!!

My husband and I stayed here for six nights and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Yakushima. There is nothing I can think of to make our stay even better. Great bed and shower, very well designed interior, delicious breakfast and very thoughtful owner. I recommend and hope to come back one day. Thank you Ananda Chillage!
