I thought it looked like an interesting inn, so I stayed here for two nights since I was on a trip to the island.It may look dirty at first glance, but it is fairly clean.I never felt uncomfortable during my stay.There are strict rules for staying at the inn, including lights being turned off at 11pm, and washing and showering prohibited.There was no curfew, so I was free to go out.It was a hot day with the maximum temperature exceeding 30 degrees, but there was no air conditioning in the common spaces of the inn.In the shared bedroom, there is a fan on each bed, but the air conditioner costs 100 yen per hour, so those who want to turn it on at night will have to voluntarily pay to keep the room cool.There are places where you can interact with other guests, including the outside common space, but it was not a comfortable place to spend time.There is no doubt that it is an interesting and strange inn, so if you are a travel lover, it is well worth a visit and I would recommend it as a typical inn in Amami.However, I think it's also a place where there are definitely people who don't fit in.

This is an inn next to a stream.There are various creatures in the stream, and it is very soothing.You can request a shuttle from the airport to the inn, and you can go directly from the airport to Setouchi Town. There will be an additional charge, but you can take a detour along the way, so please take advantage of Taipa.One bunk bed will be assigned to each person. You sleep on the bottom, and the top is a luggage storage area and personal space.The common room is about four and a half tatami mats. There are various items and it's fun just looking at them. You can buy things with price tags here, and pay at checkout.You can also rent bikes, which is very convenient.However, I don't think it's suitable for people who are particular about cleanliness, so I think those people would be better off somewhere else.

I've heard stories of guesthouse owners becoming mentally depressed due to guests with no manners, and I myself have suffered many incidents while sharing a room with such guests. However, although it should have made sense, the fact that they didn't even bother with it at all makes me wonder if they were put together with such a malicious customer...I can't help but regret it.

Used for one night in January 2024. There were no other guests. Nowadays, it's amazing that you can stay at an incredibly low price. The result of the efforts of the two hosts. There's nothing you can do if you complain about the bedrooms and common spaces, but if you complain, you'll just have to stay overnight. I took another cheap night tour, but I was very satisfied as I was able to see Amami rabbits and habu.

All self-service. Paid drinks and food in the living room must be declared and paid at check-out. I'm worried about whether I can trust a customer so quickly. An old but loving inn filled with a lot of things.It would be nice if the display nightstand in the bedroom was a little higher so it wouldn't clash.

It's a very small guest house. The outside looks old-fashioned, but the inside is comfortable. The owner and his wife have put a lot of effort into it. As the name suggests, it looks like a boarding house from the Showa era. I realized something I had forgotten. I'll see you again. thank you very much(_ _)

It's small and the walls are thin, so you can hear snoring from the next room and noise from the common space.I was ready to check out as soon as I woke up, so I thought I'd sleep until the last minute, but I woke up an hour before check out and ended up driving without sleep.
