It's a super hotel, so it's clean, and although it's small, it has everything you need. The parking lot is difficult to find, and there is only one public bath, so it is difficult to change the gender system.

A business hotel with a hot spring. Men and women alternate, but I think it's a good idea to check the website for times and go out for dinner during that time. The quality of the hot springs is surprisingly smooth and very good. The convenience store is a little far away but within walking distance. Breakfast is included, soft drinks are available until 11pm, and there is also a vending machine for alcohol, so you may not have to go that far to the convenience store. The okonomiyaki restaurant nearby is perfect for dinner.Various amenities are placed in front of the front desk and can be used by both men and women.

The rooms are clean. The explanation and customer service attitude of the front desk person (female) is perfect. It's 5 stars. There are various amenities available, but each person is limited to 5 items. If you stay in a room on the south side, you will hear the sound of trains passing by.There are only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel, and the second parking lot is far from the hotel, so it is inconvenient.

The cleaning was done properly and I felt comfortable. I was looking for a take-out dinner, so I had a hard time finding one. There were restaurants nearby, so I think it would have been better to eat inside. The bath was mostly reserved for private use, probably because there weren't many female guests, and the hot water was nice. It might be inconvenient depending on your check-in time, as I had to take turns using the public bath with the men. I had plenty of time so I was able to take my time. Some super hotels include alcohol in their welcome drinks, but this one only has a soft drink bar, which is a bit disappointing for me as a drinker. The staff was friendly and I had a good time.

7/27 Stayed on the 9th floor. As explained at check-in, there are no amenities in the room other than a toothbrush, so please use the amenity corner yourself. So I looked at what was there,Another staff member said, ``I'm sorry,'' this (section) is for women only. He said and closed the door that was open.Honestly, I feel bad.Is it wrong to even see what's out there? Or rather, do I need to close the door in front of me?If you go that far,I wish they would explain each time, ``Male customers can only touch the four amenities in the center!''I can understand women's things like packs. I think this is a good service for female guests. However, this hotel even has ear picks in a women-only area.So men don't use earpicks? Are men not allowed to use ear picks? Is this gender discrimination? If so, I would like it to be clearly stated on the reservation site or homepage.``At our hotel, we do not provide ear picks to male guests.''Is ear cleaning bad too? When I said that, I was given ear cleaning, butTo be honest, you have very poor customer service sense.I feel that their way of thinking about hotel management is poor. Also, do you have your passport with you to check your ID at check-in? I asked,I'm not a traveler, so I don't carry it with me. I believe that there is no legal obligation for residents of Japan to carry a passport, regardless of whether they are Japanese or foreign nationals. What do you think?Or do super hotel employees carry their passports every day? ?If you have to ask, "Do you have a passport or residence card?" is the appropriate answer.I entered the hotel in about 3 minutes and felt super sick. This is definitely a level that I don't want to stay at again.I stay at various business hotels on business trips, but if the service is at this level, I think they will be left behind by the competition in the hotel industry and will eventually decline. To be honest, the room was dark, the wallpaper was tattered and dirty, it didn't feel clean, and it smelled a little musty. It shows that no effort has been put into maintenance. And the attitude of the staff is annoying. Also, there is a bath towel on top of the eco bag, but it says that it is a hotel item. That means it's a used product, not a new one.So, is this eco bag beautiful?Do you wash it every time? What do you think?Towels are used to dry your body, so I'm not sure if you wash your eco bag every time. (Well, at first glance it's already dirty...)Seriously, I feel really bad. From the bottom of my heart, I regret staying at Super Hotel Anjo Ekimae within a few minutes of entering the hotel!
