I stayed alone. This is a retro hotel. Even though it's retro, it had a clean feel and I had a relaxing time there. The cleaning staff does a great job.Next time, I want to sleep on a futon with my friends!

This is a hotel that has a bit of a bubble era feel to it that young people may find it too emotional. The public bath had a nice view, and even though the room was old, it felt clean and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had so many items that I couldn't finish it all. I would like to use it again when I visit Kagoshima.

Take a leisurely trip to Kagoshima with your family.Since I have a small child, I chose this hotel with a tatami room. The location is also convenient for sightseeing. The building is old and there were a lot of things I was concerned about, but the staff were very kind and helpful.I'm glad I used this.

Suddenly booked a consecutive night without meals the day before. On the day I checked in, I was quite late, but I was warmly welcomed. The building, rooms, and equipment are all quite old, but they were clean with no trash or dust covering them.I was lucky that I was able to park my car for free near the entrance of the inn, probably because it was the low season.I was able to relieve my fatigue in the lukewarm hot spring without having to share a bath with anyone. There was a convenience store right next door, but I was so tired that I had breakfast afterwards. The miso soup with barley miso was especially delicious. It was a nice touch that the refrigerator was replenished with Zaiho Onsen water every day and the number of sweets that were left untouched increased one by one.I requested a room with a bed, so the view from the room wasn't great, but it was quiet. As mentioned in previous reviews, there are disposable slippers for the room (changed daily), so it was nice to be able to use them while relaxing in the room.

The front man and staff were kind, and the hot springs were quiet and not crowded, perhaps due to the time of year, so I was able to enjoy my trip at a leisurely pace. There was a separate hair dryer available, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious and I was very satisfied.
