I can't call this a hotel. There are no hotel services, so we just rent out rooms. Wouldn't a rental vacation home actually have more services? There's nothing quite like it. The towels were all shabby, and there were no fancy towels like sea towels. The stairs leading down to the room are dangerous as they are steep and curved, and there are no handrails. When I was told to get off there with my suitcase, I couldn't believe my ears. Whatever happens is your responsibility. I will never stay there again and I will not recommend it to anyone. The sea in front of me is full of garbage on the shore. I don't understand what everyone is saying is good. It seems tough, but I can't find a good hotel. Not worth the money.

I'm not proud of it, but I've stayed at many luxury resorts.This is not a resortThis is a rental villa with no services.1 About the serviceI stayed for several nights, but no staff came to my room at all.No linen exchangeLeaving accumulated garbage behindOnly the first two bottles of waterI don't understand that there is no ice, there is no staff at night.There's not even an ice bending machineThe curtains are blinds with lots of gaps, and the morning sun shines in from early morning.Are social curtains necessary?There is no service so you can't even compare it to a business hotel.2 About equipmentInsufficient air conditioner capacityThe water heater is also set so that hot water does not come out.3 About safetyThe stairs leading down to the beach below are steep and have very sharp edges.There are no handrails and no lights especially at night.It's pitch black and falling could result in a serious accident.I think this is how the architectural inspection was approved.4 Overall ratingManagement's policy isThis may sound harsh, butMinimize service, safety, etc.Are you aiming for maximum profit?5 BonusI respond to all user reviews.Of all the facilities that have responded, there is not a single one that is decent.The content of the reply is also not heartfelt.There's no desire to improveIf you have time to reply, go to the scene.If the stairs are not repaired, I think a serious accident will occur someday.

It was an inn where I felt very moved by nature.The sunset I saw when I checked in, the starry night sky, the blue sky, white clouds, and the blue sea.It was a very enjoyable night.

[No hospitality]I made a reservation without noticing the rule that children (2 years old) are not allowed to stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to our carelessness.After checking in and being guided to the room, about 10 minutes later, a staff member came to the room and told me the following.・Do not let children out of the room・Prohibition of posting on SNS of children and accommodation・Use of the sea and pool is prohibited・No entry to reception・Forced breakfast to be served in the roomOriginally, was it necessary to ask for in-room meals at the time of check-in even though I requested it? To put it another way, we might have had a good time, but my family and I were feeling pretty depressed. There is no hospitality like you would find in a luxury hotel. I felt that they were just selling the location and the building and didn't really care.As mentioned in other evaluation comments, they may be able to provide hospitality for good things, but they are unable to deal with problems when they occur. I would rate it as simply being of a low level.Well, wouldn't it be fine if you were particular about it and managed it the way you wanted?

I stayed for one night with a friend for about 50,000 yen.The location is great in terms of views.If you're looking for convenience, it's in a disappointing location. There are few restaurants nearby, and transportation to and from activities is often not available.It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport by taxi, but the website states that ``transportation is possible if you make a reservation two days in advance.'' When I inquired, I was told that ``this is not possible because the time is fixed.'' If so, please write it on the HP.Also, there were a few times when I wished they had been more attentive, as there was no explanation about the activity rentals or the pool. (I would like someone to carry my luggage to a taxi when it rains, etc.)I believe that the hotel is being managed with care, so I hope that things will improve.
