I didn't know where it was so I called the hotel. The landlady gave us easy-to-understand instructions, and we drove down the steep slope and arrived safely. The building is also retro. But the food and hot springs were extremely satisfying 😃 According to the proprietress, her grandfather originally ran an inn on the floor below. After that, they managed the inn to the best of their ability. It's been 30 years already. I hope you stay healthy and continue!

Since the tournament was in Minamata, I stayed overnight without meals. The couple who lived at the inn were very friendly and I had a good impression of them. I would like to stay here again when I go to Minamata. The room was a little too big for one person to stay in. The location is good as you can see the Minamata sea from the window. However, the walls are thin, so you can hear a lot of noise from the neighbors.Baths and toilets are shared. The bath was fed by natural hot spring water and had a very old impression.Recommended for those who just want to stay the night, those who want to experience the warmth of the local area, and those who are not nervous.

This is a long-established hot spring inn.It has a charming building and charming customer service. If you like hot springs, you might want to stay here. It's a hot spring (flowing directly from the source), so it's quite nice. There's no shower, but it's not inconvenient.

At no point, I asked for a family bath, and they kindly accepted it❗The road to the inn is steep and the interior is not very clean, but I appreciate your kindness.

Hot spring IwasakiYunoko, Minamata City, Kumamoto PrefectureSingle person on weekdays, 500 yen without meals, drop-in bath, 500 yenThis is a hot spring inn in Yunoko Onsen town, run by Captain Akebonomaru and his wife.It is a small hot spring inn (minshuku) 😊As part of your accommodation plan, the captain will go fishing himself, so you can eat freshly caught local fish 😄The bathhouse has an atmosphere full of greenery, and the water is a colorless and transparent sodium hydrogen carbonate/chloride hot spring. It felt good to take a bath on my own✨
