The location was good as I could see a good view, but there were ants in the room, so I was concerned about hygiene, and it seemed like it wasn't well maintained. The service was good as there were no particular problems. However, even though the hotel has WiFi, I couldn't connect to it, so I would like something to be done about that.

Close to the station, about 5 minutes by taxi. The staff were very kind. The room faced the sea and was large enough for two people. My plan included breakfast, and I was satisfied. The hotel had a sand bath, so I tried it out.I was there for about 15 minutes, but I wanted to go in a little longer. There are individual differences.Drinks available next to the lobby until 7pm.There is service (alcohol too) and it feels like a good deal.I would like to use it again.

It's a very good hotel. The sand bath was also very fun, and after taking a shower and washing off the sand, you could immediately take the elevator to the public bath, which was very comfortable. Ice cream was prepared for us after we took a bath, and it was delicious after we had worked up a sweat. The sea view from the public bath was also very beautiful.Welcome drinks were also prepared, including alcohol, and we enjoyed them deliciously while looking out at the sea.All the employees were very kind and answered all my questions thoroughly. The food was also very delicious and I was very satisfied. If I ever visit Ibusuki again, I would definitely stay here again.

I used it during my children's summer vacation. There is an indoor pool, and the kids had fun for a long time. The welcome drink was also appreciated. However, since my room was on the edge, I couldn't get any Wi-Fi. It was far away from everything, and the hallways were very hot as the air conditioning wasn't working. I think they put us in a room at the end of the room because we had small children, but it was extremely hot.

Older Hotel with In-house hot sand bathing facility so it's really convenient for this experience.Book direct with the hotel and likely you can get the sea facing rooms.Hotel staff are very attentive and friendly but would be good if the hotel can undergo a major revamp

There was nothing particularly good or bad about it, the room was a normal Japanese style, and the service was nothing memorable. However, perhaps because it was located so close to the seaside, there was only one place to eat nearby, so it felt deserted.
