I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The accommodation was comfortable enough for a solo traveler. When I participated in the Yakusugi tour, this inn was the last one to pick up the bus, so compared to other accommodations, I had more time to meet up in the morning, which was very helpful. After the 8-hour Yakusugi tour, we had a long-awaited dinner. The sashimi and fried flying fish were very delicious and I was very satisfied. In addition, the dishes like pork and radish stew in miso that the host's mother made were exquisite. I also ate loofah, and it had an eggplant-like texture and was very delicious.Due to the climate, small insects sometimes gathered on the earth no mat in the room, but I never had trouble sleeping due to mosquitoes. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. There were also two coin-operated washing machines and two dryers, so I was able to do laundry during my trip, which was helpful.Furthermore, I was able to rent a car and go to a hot spring for a day trip, which was about a 15 minute drive away.thank you very much.

I stayed here for the purpose of climbing Jomonsugi Cedar. For single occupancy. The food was very delicious, and as I posted in the photo, it was plentiful, and there was a lot of fresh fish and meat.Breakfast was a bento box wrapped in bamboo skin, which helped me get out early in the morning, and it matched the atmosphere as I was about to start climbing, which got me excited. Lunch boxes can be prepared if you request in advance. The salty taste of the fried chicken was a great relief from the tiredness of mountain climbing. The room was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. The toilet is shared, but there is a sink in the room. The tap water here is, well, delicious...(Maybe the whole of Yakushima is like that)I would like to use it again when I visit Yakushima next time.

I used it on my first solo trip. The facilities were like an old-fashioned guesthouse, but the food was 100% perfect in terms of volume and deliciousness. It was very delicious! Also, the Yakushima sauna operated by the owner was extremely comfortable. Bathing in the open air in the midst of nature felt so good! !

Dinner is luxurious. I enjoyed the variety of ingredients used. It's even better if you soak in the bathtub! I want the bathroom to come back.

Although the toilet and bathroom are shared, there is a washbasin in the room, which is more convenient than expected. The location is also very good, only a 5-minute walk from Abe Port and a minute from the nearest bus stop (No. 65). I stayed for 3 nights and had a different dinner every day. It's really good for this price.

I used it for sightseeing in Yakushima. It was my first time staying at a minshuku, but the owner was kind and made me feel comfortable. In particular, when I had questions about travel plans or recommended spots in Yakushima, they kindly explained to me.Regarding the room, if you are concerned about noise, you may need earplugs or earphones. Also, WiFi connections are often unstable.I would like to use it again when I travel to Yakushima.
