It was a very nice stay! !I like guesthouses and have stayed at several of them. This is the first time I've stayed in a guesthouse with such good facilities. As someone who is used to guesthouses to some extent,I was surprised and thought, "Is it really okay to expect this kind of quality from a guest house?"I think it's been about two years since it was built, but when you enter the private rooms, you can smell the wood and it just feels soothing. When I told the owner that I was impressed with the facilities, he said, ``I'm glad you said so because they designed it to solve the problems I had at my previous guesthouse.''I read the reviews and while everyone loved it, I also heard from people who said it wasn't a good fit, so I made a reservation with some hesitation.I'm glad I visited! I think. If you don't like it, I think the main reasons are that you're not used to guesthouses or that the guests staying at the same time didn't suit you. Regarding those two points, I think there is nothing that can be done about them since they are beyond the discretion of the host.I personally don't like things that are too lively, so I was concerned about the atmosphere of Yuntaku at night, but since the day I stayed was on a weekday, the atmosphere was just right and I felt comfortable. There are various reviews regarding the time when lights are turned off, but the owner and other guests were careful and cleaned up properly at 11pm. There were some regulars, but they all got along well with each other (but not too close, just the right distance! lol) It was a blessed stay for the guests as well. The atmosphere of the guesthouse where Yuntaku is located changes greatly depending on the people staying there, for better or for worse. It's luck.Of course, there may be some guesthouses where the owners clearly lack consideration,I felt that the owner of this inn was very attentive. The best part of traveling to a guesthouse is that the atmosphere changes depending on the guests present, for better or worse, so even if you think it doesn't suit you,I think it's suitable for people who feel like they're unlucky, haha, and I think it's a win-win experience for both parties if you stay with someone who understands this.I don't like things that are too noisy, but I'm curious about this inn! If so, why not try avoiding weekends or using a private room like I did? It's made of wood, so even though it's a private room, you might be concerned about how busy it is (when I stayed, there were only calm guests so I didn't have any concerns at all!) If you like that, make a reservation early. Why not consider getting a private room away from the Yuntaku space or a room on the second floor?Of course, if you don't want to interact with other travelers, are sensitive to noise, or want the hospitality and privacy of a hotel, it's better to choose a regular hotel.I felt it was a very nice inn, so I would like someone who would like it to stay there. Also, I wrote this so that people who are not good at guesthouses would not have a bad experience due to unmatched accommodations. If you have a chance to visit Amami Oshima again, we would definitely like to stay at this inn.
