We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts are extremely friendly, and the bus stops close to the hotel. The view of the sea was fabulous. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars from us! Thank you for the beautiful memories!

We booked through booking and based on the photos we thought the room had a sea view and was Japanese style with tatami. Upon arrival, nothing of the sort. We found the advertising misleading, because it is not very well indicated which room corresponds to each price. But the worst thing is that they have a water boiler behind our room that makes an unbearable noise. And another machine that was also making a very annoying vibration all night. I identified where the noises were coming from, but as it was very late I didn't want to wake the owners. The experience was not very good for the price we paid.The man was always kind to us, that's for sure.

I used it as a lodging while trekking through Jomon Cedar.I was able to enjoy the view of the sunrise from the wooden deck in the back.

You will feel warm and relaxed, like visiting a relative's house in the countryside. As everyone has said, the food is delicious and I think it's good to stay overnight with meals included. I was impressed that lockers and parking are free at the nearby beach, but the host told me that it's basically free on Yakushima. Originally, the washing machine installed at the inn was free of charge, but the washing machine broke down one after another from washing swimsuits full of gravel, so they had no choice but to pay for it. Behavior that calls into question the morals of the person using the device, or rather acts that deviate from common sense, will not be tolerated just because you are on a trip. I was allowed to use a detached, independent building, and it was beautiful. The children seemed to be very impressed and asked to come here again next time. For those seeking the convenience of the city, the remote island of Yakushima is not recommended.

The food was very delicious. I also take extra care in terms of hygiene. Both the host and the landlady are very friendly and try to make you have fun.We used a separate guest room with a deck. It has a row house-like structure with 3 rooms arranged side by side, and you can easily hear the sounds from the neighboring rooms.By the way, there is a water heater (boiler?) that is common to all rooms under the sea-facing window of my room, and when hot water is started somewhere, strong vibrations and sounds echo throughout the room. I spent every waking moment thinking, ``Well, that's okay.'' Around 11pm, the end room finished its bath and the vibrations and noises subsided, so I went to bed, but strong vibrations and noises continued to echo every 30 minutes. I had no choice but to take a light with me to look at the water heater outside, and thought that if it had hit something and was causing vibrations, I could get a good night's sleep by eliminating it, but there was no way to fix it structurally. There was a problem and it was impossible to fix it.In the end, I couldn't sleep well all night and woke up in the morning.I spend over 30 nights a year in various places, so I can tolerate some things, but this time was quite an experience.

The food is delicious, and although the host is unique, he is also very personable. This is a well-managed guest house where even women can stay with peace of mind. However, it seems that the large bath in the image no longer exists, so it is better not to post it. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the center, so you might be able to walk there in the middle of summer. I want to go again.

I was able to enjoy my stay.Infection measures were also taken seriously. thank you!We had a wonderful morning with the morning sun shining in (I think it varies depending on the room)I was surprised that there were insects!If you arrive early, you can use the coin laundry.
