The staff, room, and food were all terrible.Definitely not recommended.The staff are liars, the rooms are dark and dilapidated, and the food is served ready-to-eat.

Right in front of Izumi Station. Easy to understand.Regarding the parking lot, the staff told me, ``If there is no parking lot at the hotel, please park at the second parking lot at the west exit of Izumi Station.'' So you don't have to worry about parking (about 1-2 minutes walk).The hotel room was clean and the attached bathroom was larger than I expected. Of course, there are shampoos and body soaps provided, but there are also various shampoos and body soaps near the elevator on the 1st floor that you can take with you in small containers. It's nice to have a little service like this.The breakfast buffet was delicious.If I have any business to go here, I will use it again.*The TV happened to be out of service on the day I went, but the staff was able to make it possible for me to watch terrestrial TV and BS for the time being. thank you very much.

This was my first stay after the coronavirus, and it was right in front of Izumi Station, the room was clean, and most of all, the breakfast buffet was rich and delicious.I will be using this again.

With some of the comfiest beds of any hotel chain in Japan, your time in the charming city of Izumi is best spent here. The free hot lemon vending machine in the lobby is a real treat for your sore throat (the air pollution in izumi does that). Extremely friendly staff and charming small hotel.
