As a normal business hotel, it was fully equipped and I had a comfortable stay without any problems. Bread, coffee, tea bags, powdered soup, etc. were provided as a light breakfast, which was helpful during a busy morning. As mentioned in many reviews, this is a fanless refrigerator with Peltier cooling. I rather like that it doesn't have a compressor and is quiet. Even without an ice pack, it didn't get cold at all, and although it was lukewarm than in the refrigerator, the drink stayed cool.Due to the Peltier mechanism, I think it would be better to let the exhaust heat from the refrigerator escape frequently...The location is close enough to Nagoya Station, but it felt like it was a lot more walking than it looked on the map. Although the underground mall is close, it is not a very shortcut, and the sidewalk above ground is narrow and busy, so it felt a little far away. It's relatively close to the Meitetsu Bus Center, so I think it's convenient depending on your destination.

I stayed at the hotel before the name change two years ago. At that time, the amenities were plentiful, and the hotel description matched the description of ``...'', so I didn't bring lotion or makeup remover, but the person at the front desk told me that they didn't have any. I would have liked at least an explanation that it used to exist, but the name hasn't changed. When I searched for it, there were a lot of amenities in the images, but it's from the past, so it's best not to use it as a reference. Or it would be helpful if there was an official description of the hotel. There is also a refrigerator in the room. There were various explanations, but they said that if the outside temperature is over 30 degrees, it won't cool down. This is my first time trying out such a refrigerator. I had written that I should call the front desk because there was an ice pack, so when I called, I was told that the front desk would give it to me. I was stunned because I expected him to bring it. Or wouldn't it be better to put an ice pack in from the beginning? ? ? ?Also, coin laundry is not available.I'm glad I brought a change of clothes. When I booked the hotel, it didn't mention that, so I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't use it on the day.Anyway, I think the hotel ended up being disappointing in many ways. I would like to go back to the original hotel.

We didn’t love compass hotel. The room and the bed were really small and the refrigerator in the room didn’t work properly so they force people to buy ice from reception to keep water cold. Unbelievable!! not worth the pay sorry.

It's close to Meieki Station, and there are many restaurants nearby, including Yanagibashi Market, making it convenient for those staying alone. It seems that it has been renovated and is still in the process of being renovated, but the lobby has a very nice design, and it is a very nice morning with delicious bread from Shinshindo, a long-established store in Kyoto, drip coffee, fruit juice, and your favorite soup. I was able to spend a good time.

I stayed here with a friend for 2 nights and 3 days. The employees made it easy to ask questions and I felt at ease. Also. The room wasn't very spacious, but it wasn't a problem for me and my friend to sleep together. However, I learned from the hotel information on TV that there was a vending machine, and when I went to the designated floor, I couldn't find it, so I checked with the front desk and was told that it had been removed.I wish they had told me about it in advance. . Also, I would have liked to have been informed at check-in that the coin laundry was not available. I also wish they would have told me first that they need to contact the front desk in order to make bets.

Although it is close to the exit via the underground mall, it is difficult to access as it is far from JR.The room with a double bed is spacious and comfortable, but there are many black marks on the walls, probably because many people place the carrier on the sofa.I wish the front desk would have told me that the refrigerator wasn't cooling at all...I wish they'd written it down where it says to turn it on...I only realized it when it wasn't cooling at all and I looked in to see if there was another switch. By that time it was already midnight. In this intense heat, having a refrigerator like this is fatal. The ones I bought were also lukewarm, which was a problem.I brought a lot of ice from the ice maker and put it in, and it finally got a little cold, but what is this refrigerator for?It can only be used as a cooler box...I thought I could see information about the washing machine on the TV, but it says it's not connected or everything is ready for use, but when I go, it's in use.The curtains in the unit bath are moldy. The free breakfast is free, so I was a little bothered by the fact that the only option was Danish-style sweet bread. There were a lot of hangers and bars on the top and bottom, so there were plenty of places to hang them, which was helpful as I wanted to hang my laundry to dry.Even though I had requested an extension from the beginning and paid the fee in advance, it was not carried over and I was billed again.I managed to get by because I didn't throw away my savings, but I want them to take over the financial matters. It looks like they're going to renovate, but unless the refrigerators in all rooms are replaced with proper ones, I don't think I'll return. My impression was that I could still forgive it if it were cheaper.

Stayed in a twin room. It's a little far from the station. The inside is clean, but when I entered the room, the first thing I saw was hair on the sheets...and there were several...(・・;)Also, I was concerned about the dirt on the shower curtain.Although the breakfast service didn't have a lot of variety, I was grateful to be able to choose. The free miso soup drink is a little strange (lol). The others seem delicious. The price was reasonable and helpful.
