This hotel is built like an apartment, so you can stay there as if you were living there. There is a drum-type washer/dryer (with detergent) in the room, which is very convenient.I was able to wash my clothes while relaxing in the bath with a washing area.Although it was small, there was also a kitchen, which I used by heating up the food I had bought in the microwave and cutting bread.I stayed in a twin-bedded room, but there was also a daybed-sized sofa, making the room very cozy. There was no desk.Although it is a little far from Kagoshima Chuo Station, it is accessible by tram and is within walking distance without any problem unless it is an extremely hot or rainy day. It was closer than I expected to the Tenmonkan area, which is a downtown area, and I was able to walk there. There is also a convenience store within a 1-2 minute walk.

There are two elevators to the lower floors and higher floors. The rooms use password locks or QR codes to open the doors.The room given to us is designed to sleep three people. It has a small loft and a single bed, which is quite good. There is also a small living room, so it is very spacious. The use of space is really good. There is a small room outside the toilet. Of course, the washer-dryer also comes with laundry capsules, which allowed us to wash all the dirty clothes from the two-day trip. There is a small kitchen space outside the bathroom, which provides an induction cooker, pots, dishes, chopsticks, knives and forks and other tableware. , it’s really convenient for us who are traveling on our own!At first I was attracted by his simple kitchen utensils, so I walked to the supermarket near the station and bought some wagyu and other ingredients. Barbecuing in my room was much better than in a general barbeque restaurant! Because the quality of the meat I bought was very good. The Wagyu beef produced in Kagoshima is also very good. I chose several kinds of beef that were very delicious. I thought I bought too much, but later I realized I bought too little. I even want to buy it again and have it for breakfast tomorrow.Therefore, we highly recommend this hotel. It also has branches in other cities in Japan. I will definitely choose FAV brand hotel again next time I have the opportunity.

Room 101 was quite smelly and mould could be felt in it. The location was very good, but in general the amenities, the lack of helpfulness of the staff and the check in procedure were of lower standard than I expected
